A couple things I wonder, is this something we see swing back if democrats get a majority in the supreme court again.

And part of the problem isnt just that abortion is limited in certain states, there are also laws and attempts at preventing you from doing it in other states. That seems wrong. I dont know if there are other laws like that.

as a non american can someone explain to me please why the scotus has so much power, it seems nuts that they can just make and repeal laws on a whim without any checks and balances. is there any prominent call to abolish the supreme court?
