Final lab boss done. It's nice that they gave use Wait mode 2 for it right away.

Got my III lab clear. 42.95, so not great but it counts. I had to leave one of my best III characters (Ingus) on the bench because he was my only physical character with a cap break so I was using Arc, Onion Knight, and CoD who only has one cap break. I forgot I pulled Desch's DASB, I might try for a better time with him later.

Yeah I fell into a ton of Ingus stuff as well (AD, SA1, AA2), but with no physical support I'm not sure whether to even use him. I'm definitely using Arc (SA, AA2) and OK (SA1, AA1), but then I have a choice between Ingus, Desch (AA1, LBO), CoD (AA3, LBO), or Luneth (AA2 with weakness boost). If I need to for the sub-30 I also might just lens CoD's AA1.

Even with just USBs CoD is still good for the lab with just her overstrike HA, but yeah lensing her awakening is the better choice since the game's gonna end soon anyway.

Also derp moment, I should have put CoD in the 4/5 slot so she gets hit with the 4 hit attack and can use her sync/dual combo earlier. Got an easy sub30 with that.

I did lens CoDs AA1 and Arias G+1 and USB2 (Ive duped her other USB and G+ twice each from the Records End draws!). I didnt think I was gonna make it when my chain ran out, but even without it Arc was doing around 10k a hit thanks to max imperil and CoDs LBO did about 75k per hit. Wish I had CoDs AA2 instead; that radiant shield on her AA1 wastes a lot of ticks!

Got Zidanes AA2 between my original 32s clear and this, but I feel like I should have been able to sub-30 pretty easily with what I had before. I think my big improvement from before is that I chained around 5s instead of right away, which let me get to maze guard in one chain.

Ouch the game still gave you the middle finger till the end. Hopefully everyone's pulls on FF7 this week goes better since it's most likely the last one everyone goes broke on.

The FF VII banners look kinda bad, which is a big disappointment for the last banners we'll ever have and stuff we need for the game's final boss. Mostly I really don't want anything for Rufus. But I already have Cloud's first DASB so I don't need his second, and those elemental limit chains are pretty worthless at this point in the game. The second banner kinda looks better except the one thing I *really* need, better healing for Aerith, is only on the first banner.

Yeah I have nothing besides lensables for Aerith which Im pretty certain isnt gonna cut it. There is the option of buying the full throttle draw for her AA1 (and Clouds SA1) which Im actually kinda considering

Yeah the FFVII banners aren't great, but what else are you gonna use your remining mythril for? Aerith Awakening 2 and dual are the top prizes for sure, especially since I missed it on the Hell House banners.

I wish that banner came back, getting rank ups on Tifa dual and awakening 2 is probably more useful that most of the stuff on the final banners.

Ramza is like half a dps, and getting through P1 with just his sync and TGCs dual cast USB with enough time left was super frustrating. I then won twice in 31.X and 30.20, the latter because I was dumb and held Orlandeaus dyad finisher for a few seconds because I wanted Delita to reduce rage first before realizing Bahamut would just raise it back to 3 anyway. But thats all DKs besides XI sub-30d! Sadly itll probably stay that way.

I got Laguna's CSB in today's daily draw. Feels weird to just get a relic for free that I chased, without success, across multiple banners over the course of the game.

I know I could have lensed it, but I didn't really need it anymore, after getting Fran's CSB.

I never got anything for Laguna besides his CSB. I did use him with just that for Valefor and WOdin, though

I have 2000 mythril still, (and let's be real, I've probably spent more than a car on this game already the last 7 years, what's another few hundred if need be if I run out of mythril) but I also am of course already obscenely loaded for VII. So it's a real conundrum for me.

I will mostly pull on banner 2 for that Barret AASB2. I think any remaining mythril will go to banner 1, to hopefully get Aerith AASB2 or her DAASB.

Dang 2000 mythril you should have blown it on the last fest when we got the end of service announcement. If you already feel confident for Safer Sephiroth I guess go ham on the water banners before they close and try to beat Bahamut Zero if you haven't already.

Ironically I would spend my Google Play credit on the Revelry Relic draw if I could grab Aerith's first awakening but it's not even one of the options. Not sure there's even a point in trying this boss with no healing item better than Aerith's USB2.

I guess I still have like 60 tickets to throw at the realm banner, I'll just wait until next week to be absolutely sure we're not getting a refresh.

I feel like there won't be a refresh at this point since that would take a maintenance and there wasn't one announced yet and we're basically at the final event.

I got pretty far without Cloud in my first run against Safe (just going for the historia crystal cap break here which is why I stuck with Reno) Dunno if I can beat him though. Other than his ridiculous HP this fight seems very basic, and he thankfully doesn't use sap.

This kind of overbulky crap is making me glad the game is dead, fuck this boss and fuck physical Bahamut Zero.

First try I only got him down to 31%. Damage reduction in the last phase is absolutely ridiculous, I only broke level 4 rage once (with a dyad finisher) and he almost immediately raised it back to 4. This one's going to be tough, guess I'll raise my HC to 140 (it was already 130) and I might need the AI thread. My team already seems pretty close to optimal, I have DASBs for Cloud, Zack, and Barret. Feels like you really need an overstrike HA in the final phase to manage his rage.

Used three tickets on VII (still have 10 which I'll wait at least a few more days on just in case):
3/11: Barret CSB (dupe), Angeal USB, Cloud USB3
6/11: Shelke LBO, Yuffie AASB1, Genesis GSB+2, Tifa USB1, Sephiroth USB2 (dupe), Cloud OSB
1/11: Reno SASB

Getting a 6/11 was cool, but realistically the only thing useful here is the Reno sync, and that's really just for maybe sub-30ing some magic lightning stuff (I have his dual and AA1 as well).

That almost puts me at the point where Im curious if it would be worth trying a partial Turks run (though I have nothing for Elena). I could try DA/SA/AA1 Reno, AD/DA/AA Rude, AD/SA1/AA1 Vincent, DA/AA2 Barret, and Cait, though I imagine staying alive would be quite difficult.

FFXI Bahamut is down. This fight sucked. This realm sucks. All hail God-Mog.

I had Cloud keep using Omega Drive until he got 6 bars around the start of the second phase, for the first phase I had Zack use his Marche clone USB to give the party quickcast, have Barret and Tifa use their awakening 1 and Tifa with her dyad and Zack use his sync to give the party crit chance. When the first chain is about to end I have Zack use his chain for the attack and crit damage buff then either Cloud or Aerith use a realm chain, use Barret's limit chain to add 25 more hits, have Tifa use sync/dual combo and have Cloud use USB1/sync1/dual and try to do as much damage to the Space barrier as I could to at least get over 50% damage. I got lucky with Cloud double casts and Got the barrier to the 35% before it vanished putting 6 pain on Sephiroth, this allows Tifa and Cloud to actually break cap in third phase.

After Barret uses his second awakening 2 to counter the full break he uses his dual to put prismatic imperils on Sephiroth, Zack uses his awakening to refresh the crit damage buff and Cloud uses USB1 and Awakening when his sync/dual time is up.

Probably my last 50 mythril pull in global, got two of the most useful things for trying to beat Safer Sephiroth. Guess it's time to see if we can do this. I'm thinking doing more damage during the spacetime phase is the key to not having totally nerfed damage in phase 3?

Ah cool, thanks for the tips. I'll try something similar, although my relics are a little different. Sounds like the main keys are slow roll the first phase, build a lot of bar for Cloud, and go all out in the spacetime phase.

Im still holding on to nine tickets until at least Thursday to confirm that there are no new events, then Ill probably dump them all on VII. Im hoping I can get Zacks sync or nonlensable Aerith tech.

Argh, after a few tries I got him to 5.7% before Zenith Endless Fantasy. All my awakenings expired at the end. I know this is doable though.

After 200 mythril I got Barret's AASB2. I guess that means I now at least have a theoretical chance.

I blew 800 on that. Got virtually every major prize from the 5 banners, including the #1 pick on every banner. I should either have 2100 or 2200 when all is said and done at the end (my most I ever had was like 27 or something, I have a picture of it on my phone somewhere) and obviously I'll blow all that on the 2 VII banners. Does anyone know when the last refresh for element and realms was by the way. I want to see if I have a chance to pull the 3 Cloud Relics I don't have that aren't on these banners. One of them is his Dark Sync.

It's looking quite unlikely that we get the refresh at all. Personally I'm gonna spend the rest of my tickets if we don't hear anything by Thursday (we're not expecting to get any more events, so I want to at least confirm that before totally giving up on it).

Reno doing 99999s was fun (he only got to like 65k for phys Kraken). My first reclear was a little slow (31s), but that time Rudes dyad finisher was doing like twice as much as the successful run (20ks vs 10ks) guess I probably should have paid attention to the timing relative to his awakenings boosts.
