So lemme get this straight - lowkey agreeing with each other on a read which you didn't see was going after Ben? Enough to suggest to you that they might be a team coordinating? What about that made it feel different to, say, mine and Corrik's quick votes on Death?

Okay. You are responding to the wrong part of my initial statement. I got it. Fair enough.

Also, I should be clearer about the post that Chang said I didn't like. I actually thought made him more townish because most scum, especially scum who find the role pressuring like Bat appeared to last game, probably aren't going to hint that a new player should claim and risk taking a ton of attention if they do. It was a just woken up thought and slightly less coherent than the Death one but I stand by it, if a little less than my first impression.

I like Chiri as town for that. Being convinced as the day goes on of someones towniness that also goes a bit against popular consensus is a natural thing for someone on the side of good.

Also so future me remembers but for also for the rest of you too, I'm feeling rather iffy about Ben. As good as Han and Chris and all are, Ben/Scare/Death tend to be the players I see make points as town and go "huh, yeah, that's a great take" more often. I know activity's been limited so far, but Scare had a point like that very quickly, while Death has kinda just been about but said nothing I particularly like. On the side of that, the fact I have gotten no vibes at all from Ben worries me. So yeah, hopefully we see more from Ben overnight and we can have a little chat tomorrow. Peace out.

I'd like to quash those fears as soon as possible. So that you start tomorrow with the right headspace, because I think you are super town and find myself on the same wavelength as you the most so far. So I'll just say - I'll prove it to you that I'm town. That's a promise. And at the way this game is going so far i am confident I'll be voting for the same lynch as you today.

Speaking of who you're currently voting for, I've held my tongue because the truth is I can never, ever, town-read death. I think he's likely scum every game until he claims. I think he's scum in the games I'm hosting! That is why he's always one of my first scan targets next to Mzero. ( Who I scan for other reasons) So while I thought you had a great point when you initially voted Death, I didn't acknowledge it because I'm not confident in my take. As my town list grows bigger, his scum odds do increase though.

Nothing, I guess. These reads seem like a stretch to me. What I do find sus is Han just voting for whoever has the most votes against them as if he doesn't really care who gets eliminated.

Votes this early day 1 are pretty much just to apply pressure. You can only really read into a person hotswapping their vote in the last few hours of the day.

I like the death lynch composition, but I don't think an extra vote gets him to claim yet

To be fair, and maybe hes doing it intentionally on some level, hes pretty much playing complete opposite of his last game.

Death hasn't looked great today, but I don't like how easy of a scum hammer this would potentially be if he turns out to be clear.

I mean no reason for death not to claim I guess but not really sure on the fundamentals of this one.

I hate to be bringing last game into it and I wasn't playing but watching. That said, he seemed like a total non-entity who didn't take risks or respond with much of anything to anyone D1 before replacing out. That could mean he was really busy at that specific time, but what I got from it was that he's a new player who doesn't like the stress of having to be scum and lie. The way Shonen has been playing in this game feels like someone who doesn't really know what they're doing a ton, but also isn't shit scared of being found out and lynched. I might be wrong but I'm just not seeing it.
