She's created over a dozen aliases each with its own fake name and background and at any given time she might be talking to 30 adults contacting minors though her profile says she's 18 and doesn't tell them her "fake age" until after the first few initial conversations.

Roo says "I have to be a believable teenager. I have to sell it. but i'm also gathering as much information as posible"

Once she determines the man is a threat and identifies him, she turns him over to 5-0

She talks to older men in chatrooms and over dms and Facetime pretending to be a teen with trendy clothes and even transforms her bedroom before video chatting with the predators with colourful high school decorations and pictures depicting a student at parties along with christmas lights and pictures of celebs on the wall such as tom holland and harry styles

One username she goes by is @ur_wasian_baby and reads 15 and lovin lifeeeee chicago" and tells the New York Post it takes a lot of work to be a teen again and act like a modern girl where she has to give that alias a layered life that makes her a believable person such as making tiktoks a certain way.

In one catch, she talks to a former cop named Cullen Jones, a 45 y/o who sent her a message and it got sexual. She made plans to meet up and got the police involved and had him arrested who was already awaiting sentencing for a previous sexual misconduct with a teen and is now serving 10 years in prison

Roo says she is not law enforcement, only a poacher and does this to rope in pedophiles out there and to raise awareness of young girls who go online and get messages from creepy older men

She admits that she feels overwhelmed and upset while talking to the men but has to stay in character because the cost is too high even though it's the most stressful time in her life

She is starting off with making fake profiles on instagram but is looking to go on dating apps next such as Tinder since those too are prime places for predators

Roo doesn't believe it is entrapment because she doesn't go around looking for men to chat with as they chat with her first and the minute she tells them they are a teen, it should be up to the man to walk away first..

Idk, i could believe she was 16-21. Just depends on angles and lighting. Most of her pictures look early to mid 20s, but on or two look like late teens.

People who think this is entrapment dont know the definition of entrapment.

A core element of entrapment Is that the target is not predisposed to commit the crime prior to the crime (attempted crime) taki g place.

a uc posing as a dealer standing on a street corner is the same as this.

This would work better if she was like 20-22 and looked underage.

She looks like a mom cosplaying as her e-girl daughter.

Not if the police have a copy of the chat log. Have you ever seen To Catch a Predator? They dont exactly get to walk away so easily.

Hed have to give proof that it was just the two of them playing. Otherwise, I doubt the police would take his word for it and let him off so easily.

If the woman in the chat claims that shes underage, and he continues to entice her, that alone is a felony.

They have to prove he didn't reasonably believe it was just a roleplay and he can just show her picture to defend his claim.

How exactly? Because any law like this I'm aware of relies on reasonable belief. Normally the situation is ambiguous so her word should be reasonably believable, but in this case her pictures are like those creepy pictures of adults in diapers; you can reasonably assume they're not a toddler, even if they are shitting themselves.

I dont think I would trust anyone who likes to fantasize and role play about soliciting an underage girl either. He still sounds like a creep even if it were true, not that anyone would (nor should) believe him. That excuse sounds like such a stretch.
