Pretty much everything I hear says she fucked up massively. Cover found out she was leaking info to a drama streamer despite being told not too. She was also doing direct DMs over discord with fans without permission. Sounds like they had enough.

I was on r/virtualyoutubers today since Hololive is still on lockdown until tonight. If any of what korekore said earlier today is true, it makes Rushia look really bad. It contradicts what Marine said in the announcement and he wants to throw heat off himself by making Rushia look bad since he's been getting death threats so I'm not very keen on trusting his word.

While that may be part of it, it appears her biggest mistake that caused her termination, was her attempt to blow away the mafumafu drama by sharing private message details with korekore, who then posted all of it online in a stream.

Private details that she didn't properly cleared of stuff unrelated to the drama, and as a result it includes messages with Hololive/Cover staffs and managers, which are "non-public entities". As someone else said in another forum, this means she basically doxxed the company's staffs and managers.

Apparently a "post drama for views" guy named Narukami (who people says is the JP version of Keemstar) also got the same info from her and streamed it too, which only makes things worse.

Yeah Qu-chan is Indonesian, but she's also fluent in Japanese and English. Though I did forget that NijiID is no more. It'd be kinda weird to see Indonesians debut and it's not immediately clear if they are Indonesian though. I guess it'll be up to how they handle it.

Yikes... yeah that's much worse, probably what I expected to be the worst of it. Contacting Narukami is basically a death sentence for most talents in JP because absolutely nothing good has ever come out of contacting that guy, and he's banned from Youtube as a result. Korekore also still trying to take as little liability as possible, but he kinda was the catalyst for everything that went down, regardless of Rushia making a mistake or not.

I also don't think the stuff korekore said earlier today is true. He says Rushia told him she was being bullied by a senpai that's good at FPS which is most definitely Aqua, and that she's not close with anyone in Hololive.

Aqua can't even order food at a restaurant because of her anxiety. Her bullying anyone is laughable. The closeness thing is BS too since we know she was close to Marine, Pekora, Kanata, Coco and Haachama even claimed Rushia's house in Minecraft as hers today so it wouldn't get demolished.

The only thing that I believe is that she didn't get along with management. Her new manager made her cry on stream twice and also made her cry at the HQ. When her old manager found out she ran into the conference room to comfort her. He's trying to make Rushia look as bad as possible because he was getting death threats and wants to throw heat off himself.

So exactly how badly is Rushia going to get unperson'd by Cover/Hololive? I know they're deleting her channel, but what about past collabs on other channels and Hologra episodes she was in? Are those safe, or are they going full Chris Benoit with her and just erasing her from existence without a trace?

I would hope they would keep the collabs and hologra if only because wiping something like the sports festivals or mario kart tournaments would be dumb as hell

keep in mind this is not his interpretation of the situation it's just what rushia told him. so like, if her mental state is not in a good place (which honestly I feel like is an ok description of rushia a lot of the time even without the recent drama) she could just have a sort of warped perception of reality and incorrect statements could be made without anyone actually "lying"

do the hololive girls know each others real identities? Can Rushia still be in unofficial contact with them even if she can't be on stream anymore? I hopes she didn't lose all her friends

well considering they regularly meet in person I think the answer to that is yes.

how many they all have added to some sort of communication method other than company discord is a little more unsure but I strongly suspect that any of them have the right network to contact any other of them if they really had to

That's true. Could be part of the "false statements" Cover mentioned in their statement. Man, this whole situation sucks.

I was looking at the appreciation thread on r/Hololive and someone asked me to link the clips of the Penta-kun stuff from ARK. That was some of the first Rushia content I saw back when I was starting to watch Hololive. Made me really sad.

Comes to show how little we truly know what goes down bh the scenes. I mean I guess you can pretty much tell when girls do a ton of collabs like minimum 1 weekly, they probably get along with sorta the core members. But there's no absolute confirmation as to how much of what Korekore claims is true I guess? And yeah it definitely explains the odd "false statement" part of the statement. It just sucks, cuz Cover did defend her before all of this. It would also suck if Cover still has some bad eggs in their management.

In terms of FPS senpai... errr... aside from Aqua, there's still Matsuri. I wouldn't want to believe it either way. Roboco and Choco also play FPS, but I find it kinda hard to believe it's them either. We don't even know if it's the truth or anything either. Man the situation truly gets worse the more you know about it.

Reminds me a bit of the Alec Baldwin situation, where it's becoming more likely that the formerly anti-gun Baldwin was most likely fucking around with a loaded gun.

No I wasn't talking about yesterday or Minecraft, I'm pretty sure Haachama put up a tweet a few weeks ago or even within the last few months saying she went over to Rushia's house to cheer her up. It was sometime after the cooking collab. Gen 3 mentioned in their statement on Pekora's channel they did their best to cheer her up.

we don't know the specifics but essentially everyone in the cast could likely just walk if the conditions were actually bad, given the only stipulations put forward in terms of joining state a minimum length of a year and a proviso for three pieces of content a week. Like it's already been demonstrated that the core fanbase will follow if they decide to go elsewhere, multiple times, even. So all the "hurrdurr black company!" rrats seem empty even before considering *they have multiple people who actually have worked for black companies and jumped ship to do this*.

Bullying between talents seems improbable but I could believe in minor impersonal slights being misinterpreted given that like 90% of the roster seem to be terrible at actually talking to people.

Middle management do come across as anything from "Extremely Competent" to "colossal fuckups" depending on the talent in question and the time of day, though. There's been enough stories of awful managers getting thrown out to lend credence to that, at least, but then again, the stories are of them being thrown out when fuckery is apparent, so you can't exactly argue that they aren't doing anything about it.

I was reading some more stuff on reddit. If korekore is to be believed, Rushia was having a straight up panic attack after the Discord message. She contacted him because she felt management didn't respond to her fast enough. She reached out to him 2 hours after the GTA stream had ended and it was also a holiday in Japan apparently so it makes sense why management wouldn't respond. Her entire perspective is warped because of her mental health issues and that's what makes things so much sadder.

Mio's tarot readings for the Holomems at the start of the year was pretty accurate for Rushia too. Said her emotional outbursts would land her in a lot of misfortune and she would end up in a sticky situation due to the will of others. The advice was to not let her emotions control her, and they did unfortunately.

Huh, I thought Qu is half Japanese half Thai? Her bio in Youtube doesn't mention anything about Indonesia.
