i'm always interested in the LOB vs. SDK Blue-Eyes topic because when i was a kid and saw the LOB one i thought it was cooler just because it was different and the higher rarity version whereas everyone had the SDK. but now, BECAUSE everyone had the SDK, that's the one people remember more fondly in addition to it being anime-featured and the whole "broken neck" thing the LOB one has that people point out.

Growing up I always preferred LOB because it was the rarer card. Nowadays, the SDK artwork is just too iconic. There are very few if any that I would consider being better than SDK in YGO.

i was thinking about just doing YGO since that's my main interest and i know like nothing about MTG, etc. but that was also a reason i wanted to extend it to all TCGs so i could find some cool stuff. ehh i'll think about it if i continue the series

I always thought BEWD looked a lot better in the anime than on the card. I think trying to squeeze its full body into that small of a space worked against it; the head looks weirdly long and the body is really squished
