XBOX is not known for its japanese games..or exclusive japanese games for that matter as many are made exclusive only on playstation or nintendo platforms. But one of these characters is the odd one out that has NEVER appeared on an XBOX console...can you guess which?....

that art is specifically from VC4 though. Do they just have art, but aren't actually in the game?

That character is 100% from the original Valkyria Chronicles, which is not on Xbox. I voted for her, but SHINE says that the particular image of her is taken from a game in the series that is on Xbox.

Yeah, 4 is on Xbox, and there's DLC that allows you to meet up with and get a few of the original characters in your squad and that is one of the characters (well, according to the Microsoft Store description - I still haven't played it despite owning it).

the answer was indeed #2 since Rosie was not an original character for valkyria chronicles 4 and thus did not appear on an xbox console.....
