Got my first 1,000,000+ score in the Pain Cage and obtained the Medal of Millions. I usually don't bother with the Hell difficulty but I was having a good run this week, so I thought "What the hell, why not?"

Vassago was the easiest; I tore through it with Bianca Veritas (lightning weakness). Roland was easy with Alpha bursting him, he's weak to physical damage, but I ate one of his Tarzan swings, which reduced my score to 175k. Iron Maiden took the longest because I don't have a dark element attacker raised. I'll need to focus on bringing up Watanabe Astral to speed until Luna arrives. I don't have Kamui Tenebrion, sadly, or else he would have worked too.

I read that the requirement to open up the EX Pain Cage is a score of 1,000,000+ in the Advanced Pain Cage. I don't know if I'll have to do it again when EX is available or if the game will check to see if you have the medal and you don't have to get a high score again.

I'm not entirely familiar with everything from Three Houses, so I don't know if she's just being hyperbolic here or if there's legit something going on in her main game that keeps her lonely. (Crest related stuff? A curse maybe? Oh gods, she's not a marriage candidate is she? That would be heartbreaking.)

I have been doing Normal difficulty of Chesed Total Assault in Blue Archive from the start, because I did not think my Red attack squad can actually do it...

...only to find out that they actually COULD do enough in Hard so my main Yellow squad can pick up the rest. Mutsuki's bag is so OP.

The other collection I was working on (my idiot collection of other best girl Karen) is missing two variants now, and one of them is an exclusive birthday variant that I won't have a chance to get again until her birthday next September anyways. So I'm abandoning that one and focusing all on Nana now.

One thing I gotta mention, the characters in the Miku gacha game are really growing on me. I mainly like Leo/need and Nightcord at 25:00 members so far, and luckily they were the 2 groups focused so far in the side stories.

Leo/need is mostly about 4 childhood friends who grew apart for various reasons, though one of them had poor health and was physically unable to hang out with them. But once she's able to get back on her feet, she transfers back to their school only to find that 2 of them don't even really want to talk to her. They work some shit out through time and practice and bond over the fact that the frail girl Saki, who is normally upbeat if not for her health, is on the verge of working herself to death just to make up for lost time with her best friends. Pretty touching story, and Saki in particular is just likeable.

The first side story was on Saki, and it was pretty touching as her friends learn just how much she's overworking herself despite her poor health. Also the song Stella which was unlocked in the process of the side story's duration was a terrific song thematically and just general feels wise.

Nightcord at 25:00 is weirdly enough the most relatable. These 4 compose music online and have never met each other. Their lyricist, Mafuyu, seems like a regular model student, and the song composer is a genius girl named Kanade who composes to honor her sick father and to atone for blaming herself for being unable to save a friend with her songs. Mafuyu, however, is mostly putting up a front to meet her helicopter parents' expectations and the expectations of all the people around her, but she's depressed and unable to feel joy in anything except from Kanade's songs and writing lyrics. She nearly shuts herself off in the virtual world where an emotionless Miku accompanies her, and Kanade and the rest of Nightcord tries to find a way to save Mafuyu from a horrible fate.

Also one interesting thing about Nightcord is... well I didn't unlock all their stories to know for sure, but I'm pretty sure their MV maker Mizuki is probably a crossdresser but haven't told the rest of the gang? Mizuki uses boku, is just about the flattest person aside from the other guys, and is supposedly hiding a secret. Also the fact that Mizuki wears cute clothing is considered "weird" is a big tell. Thought it was an interesting tidbit, and hopefully Mizuki gets a side story too

Current side story is on Mafuyu. There are obvious spoilers that Mafuyu is basically this like mindbroken mess, but it's sorta the Nightcord's main storyline, so you can't exactly understand what their main goal is without that knowledge anyways :P. There's a whole marionette theme going on because Mafuyu herself kinda feels like her family's doll

Honestly kinda makes me forget that this was supposed to be a Miku game first. They're more or less a crutch to get you to be invested in the human groups' stories tbh

I've mostly been interested in the Vivid Bad Squad and Nightcord members, plus Haruka from More More Jump. But yeah, the game-original characters are way better than I ever expected them to be, and the way the vocaloid characters (especially the several different versions of Miku) play off of them is pretty good too. The cast is good enough that they're actually making a chibi short anime (similar to BanG Dream Garupa Pico and similar shows) with them and the vocaloids in it, and it's coming out next year.

I'm pretty sure Mizuki's actual gender is never revealed and probably never will be. Mizuki might be like Najimi from Komi-san in that they're simply whatever gender they feel like at the moment, or they just don't care about what gender they are and just want to be themselves.

Dear God. Learning about macros has saved me so much time. I just recorded a few button presses and set Bluestacks to repeat 1-7 and I can farm rocks in Arknights no sweat. Since Yostar wanted to be a dick and not include skip and/or auto repeat for some reason <_<

Be careful with that, as macros are annoyingly a banable offence on Arknights. They really need a better auto or a skip function though, I agree. Fucking asinine that you have to manually repeat a stage like this.

I re-installed AK but uninstalled three days later. Can't seem to get into that game, for some reason.

Yeah, if something is RNG-dependent, sometimes auto can fail

Also if your timings are tight then sometimes something can slip past. For the easy stages like 1-7, which is a pretty standard grind spot for the rocks, basically impossible though.

Also, the event stages of ex 6 and 7 Challenge Mode are still an utter nightmare and not sure I can be bothered trying to beat them. I probably could, but not sure is worth my time tbh.

Auto deploy is essentially just a macro of whatever you did last. If you got lucky with something in the last run and it doesn't happen during auto deploy then the whole thing is messed up after that.

How's everyone's Twilight of Wolumonde rerun going? I had to alter some of my autos, the old ones were no longer stable, but I was able to take care of all the Burnt Offerings missions again and get all the rewards. All that's left is farming! :)

Yeah, that's why I avoid using macros like the plague. I just pretend that feature doesn't exist, since nearly every mobile game specifically outlines that as a bannable thing. You can, however, usually set up keyboard bindings with no problem though as it's a vital accessibility feature. I use that to set up all kinds of things since my laptop doesn't have a touchscreen. A mouse isn't two hands, after all. You can also set up a game controller with better precision for games where that would be helpful.

While my stage autos in Arknights or when farming in GFL, I just switch my virtual desktop over and look at a web browser or do other stuff while I wait for it to finish, checking in at about a minute or two. There's no need to constantly hover over the game for these tasks.

The other thing you can do on an emulator is set up monitoring programs, if the community developed one for that game and if it does not interfere with the normal functions of the game or do anything other than listen for incoming data and report on that. A good example is GFL Alarm. If used properly/normally, there's no way for the developers to pick up on you using it and all it does is put all of the available info the game normally provides in one spot.

Macros are harder to detect than what's advertised. Most games and apps track a massive amount of clicks because such an information is pretty cheap to store, but automated detecting for macros is extremely inconsistent, and a false positive is incredibly bad PR. I think your macros have to be pretty blatant, like tapping a single point for like an hr in inhumane speed or something like that. Otherwise people tend to click on pretty consistent spots when doing repetitive repeating, so it's difficult to say if doing say... 3 sets of consistent button presses in a fixed interval will actually be detected as macro. Personally I think after 3 different presses, it's probably impossible.

Honestly if companies care that much about macros, the solution is pretty simple. Just slightly randomize your button placement or have scrolls be a part of the repeating process. But that will probably tick off every player instead of just the macro users.

Also most macros have detection prevention, which makes miniscule adjustments so they don't get detected by simple conditions just turn that on and your chance of being detected goes from low to statistically impossible.

Nearly every Reddit story about bans is either justified or made up. Wrongful bans happen but tend to affect a lot of people at the same time.

Character guide for PGR's S Lucia Plume has been uploaded. Boss guides for Qu and Gabriel will be uploaded later. Gabriel's will have to be in two parts because of all his moves in each form.

It's ok to use 4 Hanna 2 Darwin but 2 Einsteina is better for now.

Resonating Einsteina is fine, there's more than enough time to build 2 Darwins when it's needed next time.

Man, the Northland battle theme for Alchemy Star is kinda nice. The side story was really sweet too. Carleen pre-battle hardened is just a sweetheart, and Bethlehem is a nice lady though... I have no idea how old she is. Timeline wise, she might be like in her mid 30's minimum. Also Louise's forward facing sprite is cute af.

Also... I've always wondered but AS has to have like a big Live2D staff lol... I mean they just about Live2D everything, including 3 different sprites minimum per every single relevant character, Live2Ds on minor unplayable characters that we might never see again and even NPCs. Little Carleen has a Live2D, though I guess she appears in multiple scenes. Every costumes have like 2 Live2D sprites just about

Halp this is driving me nuts in PriConne it says that I have 596 stars, but I cant find anything I havent gotten 3 stars on. I checked regular and hard mode quests over and over, and I checked sanctum and grotto. Is there anything else that I could be missing?

I think it counts events that have happened since you started playing, and you missed stars on a quest from an old event. I've been playing since launch day and it says I have 1544 out of 1560 for the mission, so I'm missing 16 stars. I know 15 of them are the Hard mode stages that I haven't completed yet (18-2 through 19-3) but I double checked everything I can access and I also have one missing star that's unaccounted for.

Thank goodness game completionism isn't one of the things that I tend to OCD over, or I'd be losing my mind right now.
