As the living embodiment of pollution, exposure to toxic environments can regenerate him and amplify his strength, causing him to grow larger and more powerful. Has a crippling weakness to the pure elements that are his antithesis.

A Supreme Machine built for war. Assembled with durable plating, V2 is difficult to whittle down -- that is, if one can even hit it. Its high mobility design allows it to easily strafe around, and will approach enemies with a strategy that opposes theirs: if attacked from a distance, V2 will get into the enemy's personal space, and if ran up to, V2 will retreat to a distance it can fire from. In terms of arms, V2 has a hitscanning revolver, a shotgun, and a nailgun. In terms of actual arms, V2 has the Knuckleblaster, which releases an AoE damage effect after a period of time, and the Whiplash, which pulls lighter opponents toward it, or pulls V2 toward heavier ones.

"The Big Bird's eyes imprisoned light. The Long Bird's arms concealed time. And the Small Bird's beak whispered, endlessly...As long as they exist, the Apocalypse Bird will not disappear."

A giant monstrous Abnormality that acts as one of the "optional bosses" for the game. If you have the Punishing Bird, Judgement Bird, and Big Bird, they all happen to escape at the same time, and you are unable to stop their march...prepare for the apocalypse.

The Apocalypse Bird itself is completely immune to all forms of damage (they also made note to give it massive HP if it somehow took damage directly anyway), leaving it free to wreak chaos and destruction. It can only be defeated by destroying three unique eggs that manifest in random locations on the field upon its arrival (Small Beak, Long Arms, and Big Eyes). As each of these eggs are destroyed, the Apocalypse Bird is deprived of some of its dangerous effects and abilities.

Its attacks and abilities include (think its most of em):
-Teleportation
-Attack with its colossal talons, dealing black damage and shaking the earth. Each of its steps able to send large tremors.
-Deceptively fast.
-Uses its lights / charges a yellow orb to potentially possess enemies and drawing them toward itself
-Can fire dozens of laser beams and other light projectiles that deal black damage and can stun/partially paralyze foes
-Use golden balance to damage opponent's soul with pale damage
-Snuffs out the light of wherever it is fighting (if going by its story this apparently also includes turning day time into night as well as a guy being unable to even use his lighter)
-Devour and deal huge damage with its massive maw (described as being able to "devour anything" and can "swallow any creature in one bite". If just going by look its a giant mouth).
-Can see hundreds of kilometers away (BB perk and from the story he was always watching day and night.)
-Shuts down temporal manipulation.
-

Small Beak Egg: Absorbs Red (depends on interpretation as in another game you could attack but you also had crazy magic gear in said game too so might still count depending on how you want to go with it). Weak to Black, Endures the others. When destroyed it prevents the monster from using Punishing Bird's ability of using its endless maw to deal massive physical damage (red)

Long Arms Egg: Absorbs Pale. Endures everything else. When destroyed it removes its immunity and effects on temporal abilities and prevents it from using Judgement Bird's ability to use its golden balance to deal pale damage in a large area (pale)

Big Eyes Egg: Absorbs Black, weak to White, Endures everything else. When destroyed AB loses its abilities to potentially hypnotize/possess its foes and to launch its laser barrage (black). The lights that were snuffed out or affected will also return.

Homer Simpson has a shocking amount of skill in tons of areas, having worked hundreds of jobs over the years, including bodyguard, bounty hunter, mountain climber, and other jobs that may or may not be relevant. He primarily fights with punches and kicks and is not above attempting to strangle opponents. He is incredibly durable and among other things has survived his skull being crushed, cannonballs to the stomach, punches from a professional boxer, multiple blows to the groin, etc.

Weaknesses: Hes Homer Simpson. Hes pretty dim and likely wont be able to formulate a coherent plan of attack unless one falls into his lap. However, he was able to successfully execute a complicated plan to bring alcohol to Springfield under prohibition, so maybe hell come up with something, who even knows?

Siren Head is a cryptid made of mummified flesh and metal, standing 40-feet tall with long, lanky limbs and a skeletal appearance. On top of its head are sirens which it uses to manipulate sound, impersonate voices or recordings, or produce a noise loud enough to burst eardrums or even flesh. In a forest setting, Siren Head can easily blend into the tall trees, or in a more urban setting, can disguise itself as simple telephone or electrical poles by shapeshifting its appearance. It can stand still for days on end and makes no sound when approaching prey. Siren Head can run at high speeds when pursuing prey. It also has naturally high strength. Siren Head is an interdimensional being that comes from a "void" and has only one known natural enemy: the Long Horse.

Elaine Parks is a normal woman who practices witchcraft, voodoo and magic. She however is an amateur and inexperienced; which doesn't work so well for courting men, but does work well in killing them, as her attempts at love potions turn into hallucinogenic nightmares for any who ingest them. Elaine can hypnotize others and also has natural charms and immense beauty to work in her favor. Without her magic however, Elaine is no stronger than anyone else and could easily get overpowered by just one or two people.

I'd probably move Siren Head to high

An animated version of Bigfoot the monster truck which inexplicably features a talking & self-driving AI, like vehicles from other more popular series. In addition to all the standard durability and strength feats one would expect from a monster truck, Bigfoot is also somehow capable of jumping (?) and firing small lasers from its top (??).

Also, it has all the standard weaknesses you'd expect from a truck, such as the fact that it has no hands and is TOO BIG to deal with certain terrain, its headlights apparently function as its eyes & Bigfoot will be blinded if anything covers them.

I kinda feel like there are a decent number of entrants on Low that could deal with a living monster truck by fleeing somewhere it can't reach, but I suspect the fact that it's so large & durable & can somehow fire lasers makes Bigfoot a better fit for Mid (even if it's largely outclassed).

Tom uses weapons and explosives in his schemes with occasional success, and builds elaborate traps that he's usually the victim of. He's tough enough to take his plans backfiring on him but isn't full toonforce invincible and has died before.

Jerry often outwits whoever is unlucky enough to be chasing him and can pull surprising feats of strength (you know, for a mouse) when someone he cares about is threatened. Both of them are intelligent enough to play musical instruments and sports, and use weapons and technology.

Weaknesses: Tom's plans are usually foiled by either himself or dumb luck. Jerry is a mouse.
They'll generally be focusing on each other as much as their opponent.

An approximately seventy-three year old man who lost both of shins during World War II. While he is aging and partially disabled from his injuries, he is still a highly decorated veteran who won multiple medals and awards for his valor in his younger days.

Cotton's tendency to exaggerate things makes it difficult to tell exactly what his accomplishments in the war actually were. To hear him tell it, he got shot in the back fifty times by an enemy aircraft & shredded by a machine gun and still managed to single-handedly murder everyone in the camp. While this is unlikely an accurate version of history, the facts that he was able to survive & persist with multiple bullets lodged in his body and his legs blown off are undisputable and his highly decorated service record paint him as a remarkable soldier.

As for weaknesses: his feet are grafted onto his knees, which limits his mobility and for all of his combat experience, he's still an unarmed seventy-year old man.

What happened to Tom and Jerry? I liked that entry.

Honestly, just got annoyed because I mistiered them and they'd be my third mid tier. Kind of dumb, but eh. Might go ahead with dropping Samus for them because I like the idea too, hope that's not a bother.

I think they'd be fine in Low. Toon Link VS Tom & Jerry feels debatable, if not in Link's favor. Considering how crazy Mortal Kombat is, Bo Rai Cho might also be a tough opponent? Don't know what his canon feats are though, if any.

And everyone has four nominations now, so you don't need to remove anything.

Eh, they're cartoon characters. It's not as huge as like Popeye but they've both got toonforce for days and can build things that are impossible. Toon Link would be funny (I feel like he's undertiered but more on that later) but normal people would be collateral damage.

Has utilized speaker systems to cause world-wide hypnosis. The spell can also be ended if a noise higher pitched than his voice is heard by the hypnotized. Also carries a rod that can fire fairly destructive laser blasts.

Mako is a sweet, but naive, ditzy and absent-minded girl, and the best friend of Ryuko Matoi. In fact, Ryuko is Mako's only friend, aside from the ones who live inside her head. Mako's rather odd way of thinking and skewed priorities (for instance, when threatened with being cut open, she's more concerned about ruining the lunchbox hidden under her shirt than for her life) prompt her to give bizarre speeches with tangential relevance at best to the current situation, bewildering and occasionally enraging those listening as they pause what they're doing to try and follow her thought process. Ordinarily, she has no combat abilities, but when she wears her Two Star Goku Uniform, her strength and speed increase significantly.

Even without her uniform, she is capable of some impressive feats when sufficiently motivated, such as the time she was able to catch all the weaponized money being fired at her in her bare hands (she wanted to spend the money on food), getting her Fight Club promoted to provide for her family, or the time she was able to briefly wear Senketsu to bring a mind-controlled Ryuko back to normal, which is noted to be extremely difficult for an ordinary human to do, especially one as untrained and undisciplined as Mako.

Weaknesses: Although Mako's Goku Uniform is very strong, at least on par with Three Star uniforms, it's balanced by its lack of versatility. Sure, Mako can hit really hard with it, but that's all she can do. In addition, Mako isn't a fighter at heart, so she doesn't have any skills or techniques to fight more smartly than destructive flailing, and can decide to end a fight willingly if she no longer wants to continue, or if an opponent was able to talk her out of fighting.

Who do you think would get more respect: "Shut Up and Jam Gaiden" Charles Barkley or "Barkley VS Godzilla" Charles Barkley? Godzilla Barkley is as tall as the lizard & has speed and durability feats, but no strength or combat showings. Gaiden Barkley has the Chaos Dunk and fighting experience, but he's only human size & less impressive speed/durability.

...I suppose I'll probably just nominate something less stupid, but I've spent way too much time thinking about this.

I think Chaos Dunk is accepted to be extremely powerful plus I very want that nom

...having the Chaos Dunk be an insta-kill against anything but requiring Barkley to find a basketball hoop first with him having no superhuman durability would be a fun match IMO

He's ridiculously squishy with one ungodly strong attack so I'd lean mid?

the characters actively have to seek out their opponents, and it's a reasonably-large arena, so i'd say high is also valid. when we have more characters i'll war-game matchups and/or decide to place him in whichever tier needs more people

The year is 2053. Basketball is dead. Charles Barkley is one of the last B-ball stars alive. In 2041, basketball was made illegal and most players were executed in The Great B-ball Purge as a direct response to Barkley unleashing the power of the Chaos Dunk: a slam dunk with the power of a 150 megaton nuke that obliterated a city and killed upwards of fifteen million people & turned the survivors into B-ball Mutants.

That was performed by Barkley before the story even started. By the end of the game, he has mastered the art of the Double Dribble and fights by dual-wielding a pair of legendary basketballs. The Hell B-Ball can break the sound barrier when thrown, increases all of the wielder's physical stats, and increases their slams, jams, and freethrows by 1000% ; his other ball, the Shimmerglobe, is stated to be designed for accuracy and incapable of missing a shot.

While the Chaos Dunk is arguably the most powerful attack in KoF history, Barkley is lacking in speed & durability feats. While he's definitely faster and tougher than an ordinary human, he's still relatively squishy.

Among @'s feats are defeating the three other Horsemen in combat, many famous demons including Demogorgon and probably an angry shopkeeper or two.

Yami Yugi is the spirit of the Millennium Puzzle, the pharaoh Atem, made manifest through the skill of the boy who solved it, Yugi Muto. Having been granted the spirit and power of darkness, Yami Yugi is able to challenge anyone to a 'Shadow Game'. This can take the form of any game of skill of chance either participant can think of. The loser will be dealt a punishment, often ironic, ranging from eternal hallucinations to experiencing all of the tortures of Hell to completely shattering the mind of the loser. Yugi possesses superhuman dexterity, strength, and game theory knowledge, though the Puzzle's greatest strength is its ability to manipulate luck, giving him the tools he needs to overcome any situation, especially at its most hopeless.

Additionally, he may summon the souls of ancient monsters, represented by Duel Monsters cards and made manifest through the power of the puzzle. His deck includes the incredibly flexible Dark Magician, the infinitely-multiplying Kuriboh, and the three Egyptian Gods, which require a sacrifice in exchange for power rivaling the infinite.

Yeah, unsure of @'s tier really. @ is mostly crazy damage output, a huge collection of items that do various things (wands of death ray, polymorph, invisibility. One time resurrection upon dying), various innate immunities to fire, cold, passive reflect magic. Plotwise, s/he goes through the legions of Hell, kills Asmodeus, Demogorgon, Orcus, the three other Horsemen (they can't die permanently but @ survives them). And a scroll of genocide that can wipe out any one species, but *that* might be broken

Her body is filled with C-13 explosives, bombs with 5 times the power of C-4, designed to explode in proximity to her assassination targets or if she is otherwise tampered with. She possesses genius level intelligence, acceleration speed of around 600 MPH and super strength of one ton. Elsie is capable of removing her head and remotely operating it and her body independently; as long as her head remains, her body can be rebuilt.

what does acceleration speed mean

Means it isn't her default moving speed or anything, but she's gone "zoom" and caught a moving plane before, which freaked out the pilot

Ocelot was in low last time iirc. He clowned everybody (before being put against Kenshiro lol)
