People act like it's a scenario where one just wants to be separate from the other and China refuses to allow them to be separate, but in reality Taiwan wants to be THE China and wants the mainland to be part of THEIR country. Americans don't need to get involved with this. If you want to die for these morons, by all means do it if you truly care for this random nation that at this point is about as powerful as Palestine. He says that China has the right to the land or whatever. At the moment, the pro-Independence faction is at historical highs.
