captpackrat 11/12/21 8:59:40 PM #5:	They gave us the choice of taking off Indigenous People's Day (Columbus Day) or the day after Thanksgiving. AwesomeTurtwig 11/12/21 10:38:22 PM #8:	Depends on the company, and the day the holiday lands on. For example, I have off every other Friday. This year that Friday lands on the day after Thanksgiving, so I get that as floating holiday. Though idk what the Christmas schedule is like. I get 10 holiday days per year + 2 floating holiday (on top of the typical 3 weeks vacation). At one time, employees would give TG day, Fri, and that weekend off but now some employers require people to work part of TG day depending on how they schedule.
