It's more like eating 1 pizza a day every day and an extra pizza on about half the days.
Though it depends on how you define "pizza". One slice? A whole pie? Large pie? Medium pie? Small "personal" pie? A square of Sicilian? It's not impossible - I know someone who basically eats some form of pizza pretty much every day, and that would be something like 500 pizzas in 18 months.
