I think hillary would have been a better president than biden tbh..

She got a lot of flack especially for her health when she was seen coughing and struggling to walk that one time during a campaign stop yet look at her now, bill is the one who has health problems and she's as healthy as a j-bird now.

aside from that, i don't think she would have been as polarizing as biden is now but she probably could have negotiated better than with progressives and moderates on an agenda

No, Hillary Clinton would have been a lousy president. Her political experience is relatively small once you look at the elected offices she held, and her performance in those offices was poor. Her ambassadors didn't even have a direct line of communication to her, and the number of mistakes made that led to the Benghazi incident are staggering (and it's ridiculous that the media participated in the "spontaneous demonstration" narrative, which reinforces the idea that much of the US's media just parrots Democrat talking points)

And she likely wouldn't have had any better luck building a consensus than Biden did.

i voted trump in 2016 because how Hillary screwed Bernie Sanders over. I voted Biden in 2020 because I felt Biden was too senile and dumb to plot against Bernie Sanders.

I feel like Biden in 2016 would have been better than Hillary in 2016, but it's pretty close in terms of Biden in 2021 vs Hillary in 2021.

In some respects yes, in others no. I think Clinton would probably have been worse than Biden when it comes to the USA's destabilization of other nations, but in most other respects she is probably better than Biden.
