He is a smart techie guy who was born at the right time (graduated college right at the beginning of the dot com boom) and got rich thanks to his first tech company. Then he got obscenely rich thanks to his second company and PayPal. Tesla was a lucky investment but SpaceX seems like a legit and admirable business venture by him. --- I go on too many dates.
