Just composite a gun in going forward most people have limited experience and would even no what an orange muzzle cap would mean. --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom. Because in 37 years there's only been 3 deaths, and all 3 of those were due to gross negligence at the hands of the people responsible for the weapons themselves. This one was especially egregious. There never should have been full live bullets anywhere near the set. So to go all the way to banning them outright, in this country? Yeah... not even remotely going to happen.
