Clench281 08/25/21 2:03:24 PM #3:	People who are entirely unable to receive at least one dose of a mRNA vaccine or J&J vaccine are vanishingly rare to the point of being mythical. If someone has a (again, very rare) adverse reaction to the first mRNA vaccine dose I agree they should be considered vaccinated for the purpose of this surcharge. That is the most fair course of action without placing significant burden on the insurance provider. --- Take me for what I am -- who I was meant to be. If you were a part of one of the stupid churches that says vax's are not allowed, then you're essentially being discriminated against for your religious beliefs.
