They observed a silver Dodge Journey failing to signal and driving erratically when he swerved across the road in the morning. When 5-0 pulled him over, he was sweating profusely and appeared nervous due to visibly racing pulse on his neck and shaking hands When asked for ID, he gave them a california card with the name KEVIN SCHULTZ They discovered him and schultz shared the same birthday and his previous record says he might have "violent tendencies" He was already sentenced for 3 years probation in February 2020 after pleading gulity to domestic battery for attacking his then girlfriend Police found a small plastic bag with crystal/powder residue along with a pill bottle prescribed to "Nicholas Brendon" He suspected meth and coaine use and called in a dog to detect signs for it such as cut up carpet and recently removed interiors. The dog found several other plastic bags as well as prescription for amphetamine salts filled just earlier in the day for a "Kelton Shultz" When the cop referred to Brendon by his actual first name he replied "yeah" and then asked him why he hadn't identified himself by his real name and alleged that schultz was his TWIN BROTHER before finally admitting he was Nicholas. The former tv heartthrob as the geeky Xander on the popular Buffy the Vampire Slayer show has had numerous run ins with the law since 2014 as his career took a nosedive. Geez, he looks terrible. And honestly, when I saw the headline, I thought it'd be the guy who played Spike.

Geez, he looks terrible. And honestly, when I saw the headline, I thought it'd be the guy who played Spike. James marston or whatever his name is, has been doing great. Not only was he in stuff fairly recently, but he also does all the audio books for the Dresden books etc. Dude rocks actually. Was never a fan of spike, but the actor plays pretty cool roles all the time. Loved him in the Doctor Who spinoff series (Torchwood). But yeah, Xander is my age and he looks more like 70, while I still get carded when I rarely buy alcohol to cook with etc. I don't look like i'm in my 30's honestly but shrug some people are super careful I guess and it's always nice to still be carded lol. --- Tacobot 3000 "Saving the world from not having tacos."
