so they changed it, when you appeal a moderation . they just vote on it and you don't get a written response. It just says if it was overturned or not or whatever. Would you like a written response?

For years the written response was never overly helpful or informative anyway, and usually just reiterated the original violation, so it's not like losing it matters all that much.

Doubly so since probably 80% of the disputes they get are just whining, screaming, smart-assery, or tantrum-throwing rants in blatant "fair, next" cases, so I can see why they'd be less inclined to bother wasting their time bothering to engage with them.

It might suck for the few rare people who actually are trying to follow the rules and are either modded unfairly or are trying to clarify rules interpretations in good faith, but a few thousand bad apples are going to spoil the bunch.

Yeah. I wish I could've seen their bullshit justification for upholding a post being deleted for promoting illegal activities after I linked them to court cases proving emulation is perfectly legal.

Didn't know this was a thing. Of every moderation (message deletion) I've had in my memory (at least 5 years), every single one has been overturned on the first appeal.
