It is not a question of whether or not new users should be trusted, but rather one of whether or not new accounts can be trusted, for though there is a very real possibility that it does indeed belong to a user new to a given message board, there is also a possibility that it was made by a pre-existing user for various reasons, such as for saying things he would not say on his main account.

So I block this guy's last alt, and he just makes a new one not realizing I'm going to block it, too. We can block up to a thousand accounts now.

I never trust new users actually are new users. Even more so when they act like they know the place and some users.
