Someone asking questions like this should probably stay very far away from options lmao. But here's your answers. Risk is always present. You can never ever ever ever guarantee a price will go down. However if the price goes down the naked call expires worthless and you pocket the money. A buyer can exercise a worthless contract but the only reason to ever do this is if the float has completely dried up and no one is selling.
