Off the booze for a bit and this past week i've been sleeping like 8 to 10 hours straight, falling asleep right away at night. I actually looked this up recently cause I've had sleep issues for years. Alcohol is only a depressant for X amount of hours then it reverses. It's a downer and an upper.
