Honestly, the only way it could really be better is if all four stats were useful, but even then, any piece of gear with more than 10% crit rate is awesome on a dps.

I have had a hell of a time getting my Tartaglia's CD high enough because of horrible luck. Which is awful, because his gear has gone up dramatically since I started going for Ayaka's gear. I absolutely love playing as him, but his team comps are so specific that it limits how often you can use him.

I wish his C6 was his C1. Especially since the C6 essentially overrides C1 anyway. I bet a lot more people would pull on him if his C1 eliminated the cooldown.

I've heard the vape comps you can do with him, Kazuha and a pyro are mind-blowing.

I love love love playing Keqing. And she's actually very strong. Interestingly, she actually has some of the highest stats and damage multipliers in the entire game, even including other five-stars. She's limited entirely by her element, so I hope they buff Electro like they're supposedly going to.

Refitted Chongyun with 2BS + 2Noblesse. Should probably farm a CR hat for him as the swords don't crit as much as with the Gladiator set (which had a CR hat) but it is nice seeing the big numbers when it happens.

Also, team Kaeyaka (plus Barbara and Jean) was enough to beat 12-2b with 3*s. Still stuck with 2*s with 12-3 though.

I'm very disappointed with my Ayaka. She hits very low, like ~5kish, and takes a long time to actually kill anything. Am I doing something wrong? I sprint to make my auto-attacks become frost, then just spam auto-attack, E, and Q. Like there's nothing special about how to play her, like Childe or Hu Tao, right?

Her E skill increases her charge attack and normal attack damage by 30% temporarily and her charge attack hits a rapid 3 hit and can hit multiple enemies.

AFAIK, optimally: apply hydro -> dash -> skill -> N4C -> N2C
And use burst on frozen targets when available.

I feel like your issue are low talents and way too much focus on crits, completely ignoring your ATK (only 1 artifact and you're using a 4* weapon, though it's a very good one)
Your flower and feather are good.
Your sands, goblet, circlet need to be improved.

I find a lot of her burst damage comes from her burst. She did feel awkward to use until I got her to higher talent levels but I find using her burst on a frozen opponent into her skill into 3AA into CA or 1AA into Charge attack works also. If you feel her damage is still low you can pair her with Bennet for higher damage obviously. Im using jade cutter since I don't have Mistsplitter yet and she feels better to use now.

She's also more of a sustained DPS with 100% uptime so it's not too fair to compare her to burst dps outside of her burst.

So Jeans ult deals damage to enemies that enter and leave it. If you drop it so that the border is in the middle of a Venti ult the jiggling around inside of it is enough to repeatedly trigger the entering / leaving damage and everything is ripped to shreds.

I would sacrifice some crit dmg for attack. For example, my Ganyu has 2.5k attack, 60% crit rate and around 150% crit damage and she hits very hard. With Ayaka, I am aiming to hit at least 2.1k Atk with her, 60% crit rate with 160% crit damage and she will start hitting hard. For her playstyle I usually dash -> skill > 4NA > CA then repeat until her burst is up. Both Dash and Skill give her attacks a buff

Ayaka essentially gets 40% crit rate from frozen enemies from strayer and more crit rate from cryo resonance. You should never build crit rate on her anyway and definitely don't use Royal Longsword.

New Spiral Abyss 33* cleared.
F9-F11 are a fucking joke with Yanfei+Ganyu and Klee+Ayaka.
F12 enemies are so horribly tanky I end up losing 1 star in each chamber.

IMO this is the least frustrating Spiral Abyss in a while, but very hard to 36* coz of how tanky enemies became.
Low/High Tides can be annoying if phased at inconvenient times

I highly recommend you guys take a pyro character to the Cryo Hypostasis and a hydro character to the Pyro Hypostasis fight if you don't want to time out.

Venti, hydro application, well-timed Ayaka dash+skill+burst.
The pyro/electro Samurai have to be killed quickly (or freeze locked) when their hp reaches about 50% coz they'll heal themselves after some time passes.

I can get <1:30 with Eula/Fish/Succ/Diona. I basically use Sucrose burst to handle as many hoarders as I can while I focus on the samurai with Eula bursts. Then clean up any leftovers.

I just go ham with Ganyu + Hu Tao + Electro Lumine + Zhongli. Ganyus burst then Hu Taos E then Q dishes out 100k+ AoE damage and nearly kills the Samurais so I can take them out from there and Ganyu handles the rest. Usually takes around 1:30 minutes or slightly more but not more than 2 minutes

Samurai and Nobushi are literally everywhere though. Sentinels spawn in like 5 places and the book doesn't even track them all. I have to remember to constantly check the underwater spawn.

I literally regularly go 4 or 5 samurai kills and at best get 1 old handguard. Today I went to every island killing them and only got enough for 3 famed handguards. Killing all the sentinels got me 7 occulus

I'm glad I don't need ruin machines, I usually avoid em in Inazuma coz they're a pain in the ass and waste time.
On the bright side they often start grouped so Ayaka ends them

You need a lot if you pull or craft Inazuma weapons.

They're probably gonna be adding 4* Inazuma weapons to the gacha very soon as well.

This is particularly good Abyss for Diluc and Venti, too.

And it seems pretty clear that Kazuha is top-tier all-around.

The Chinese 36 list has been published. Surprise surprised Bennett still #1 and Ganyu still #2. Venti still #3 but Kazuha is pretty high up. He's basically turned into a Venti replacement for the side that doesn't have Venti.

Only Sara has a chance to replace him, yet she has worse multipliers, more synergy with electro (Keqing specifically) and you can still stick her together with Bennett.

You'd think Samurai would lower his popularity, but the abyss is still mostly pullable enemies, like that electro flower chamber is a pain in the ass without anemo.

They're adding bosses, but those are actually vulnerable to venti's burst coz of low mobility, I think?
