I did a few more 10 rolls before Ayaka banner went away with maybe getting c2.

I wound up getting

dragons bane x1
ninguangg x3 to get her to c6!
lions roar x1

and got spooked by qiqi, which I would have rather gotten a Jean or Diluc. But its ok cause I have a guaranteed Shogun now in 3 weeks and some extra time to save some primos.

I see a few hp rolls too many on your cup and circlet so basically minmax those. Also get her to 90 if you haven't already. Crit looks good though.

I can't pull a sacrificial sword to save my life, I even got a Xingqiu constellation off the weapons banner trying to get his own weapon...

Got Yoimiya and Sayu and didn't have to spend any real money.

Not gonna bother with Thundering Pulse it looks like a marginal upgrade to Rust at best.

She scales on two stats at the same time like Noelle but doesn't have a way to convert one to the other like Noelle.

Basically just imagine Noelle's Burst was a single hit that scaled on only her attack and not defense.

That sounds... really annoying to gear up for. Although that sounds like Whiteblind would be great on her.

Also, congrats MiHoYo, Yoimiya's trial is the first time I've ever done one and thought "wow that character feels underpowered"

It also means that even with optimal gear she's only ever going to be a meh character.

If you want to play her my advice is to prioritize the shield above all else and build things like atk and crit only where it's convenient.

I think... I'll just pass on building her if that's the case. I have her at C6 and I just can't be bothered lol.

Now Chongyun, on the other hand... that dude is so much stronger than I expected.

I'm not sure if I'll build her though. I mean I have enough materials and mora to probably build two/three characters at the moment but I was just planning on using her for her QoL passive which I'm hearing isn't actually as good as it sounded.

Did 39 rolls and got Diona's C1 on the last one. Got a 3rd Flute and 2 Xinyans (now C7) as well. Pity is at 68 now so no more rolls for me; now I wait for Kokomi.

It takes so long to level artefacts to 20. Am I doing it wrong? Levelling via artefacts you get in domains is just ridiculously slow

See, thats actually the exact opposite of how I built Xinyan. I prioritized the usual suspects (atk and Crit), because getting a Def % substat on an artifact is like Venti terrorizing Treasure Hunters: It happens all the time.

Oh that bow just doesn't look very good at all. At R1 it's basically Rust R5 except with a little less attack dmg% and some crit instead. The new Inazuma craftable bow might be pretty good on Ganyu if you're looking for a change.

One more purple talent scroll and a crystal marrow reset left to finish up raising Sayu.

Sucrose might be better, but Sayu heals instead, she is very fast paced, her attacks are all near instant.

Honestly, whenever his re-roll banner comes back, I would roll on him if I were you.

C4 Jean reduces Anemo RES by 40(!) percent, which with Xiao makes him utterly BONKERS

Unlike Venti or Kazuha, whose DPS comes from swirl reactions (therefore anemo RES is not as important), Xiao does direct anemo damage.
