Realistically speaking, doesn't get much better than that Honestly, the only way it could really be better is if all four stats were useful, but even then, any piece of gear with more than 10% crit rate is awesome on a dps. I have had a hell of a time getting my Tartaglia's CD high enough because of horrible luck. Which is awful, because his gear has gone up dramatically since I started going for Ayaka's gear. I absolutely love playing as him, but his team comps are so specific that it limits how often you can use him. I wish his C6 was his C1. Especially since the C6 essentially overrides C1 anyway. I bet a lot more people would pull on him if his C1 eliminated the cooldown.
