You can change the voice by saying "Alexa, change your voice", and the wake word by saying "Alexa, change your wake word." You'll have to do both if you want a male voice that responds to "Ziggy".

As "tech savy" as I am, I would never have an Alexa/Cortona/Syri/whatever. I don't mind the Google assistant barking directions at my while I drive though.
