The only brussel sprout I've ever eaten that I thought was good, was when it was burned so hard it was a mush, with orange chicken sauce on top.
I've never said "oh man, this caulflower rice is really good, I'm happy it's included".
Hell, kale was considered just decoration until a health craze got people interested in those bland leaves.

Cauliflower rice IS really good, and a literal life-saver (well life extender) when you're eatinf at Chipotle. Id make it at home but too much effort for my small kitchen

I've never liked brussel sprouts (or anything on that chart other than mustard, honestly), but my mother always used to love them, and my niece does as well. She's definitely said that whether or not they're any good depends on how you cook them, though.

You can be just fine without having rice in your burrito. It's a starch that you're adding in a starch. You can fill in that bland, tasteless powder of a food, with something with spices instead.

Whoops, my bad, I was thinking of carbs. That flour tortilla and rice are full of carbs.
If you care about weightloss, generally, you're cutting carbs, which, in the context of burritos, just get some other stuff instead of bad-rice.

It doesn't, 1c of (cooked) rice has 45g of carbs, while 1c of cauliflower has 5g of carbs.
I just think it's tasteless and bland.

Okay this is actually kind of fascinating.

I like brocolli a lot. I like cabbage in a salad or a slaw but not a fan of cooked cabbage. Brussels sprouts are only good heavily roasted or grilled. Cauliflower is okay but I never eat it by itself. In a veggie mix with a sauce or something, sure.

I may have used kohlrabi in a potsticker recipe once?

Kale is not pleasant
