Admitting the advantages in being white is not racism. That's like saying stating advantages of being a guy or girl is sexism. It's an obvious and observable phenomenon, ignoring it simply means nothing ever changes.

Being Chinese is advantageous in China. Being Arab is advantageous in Saudi Arabia. Being black is advantageous in Africa. Being Hispanic is advantageous in South America.

So why should we feel bad for being white in a country in which whites are the vast majority? It's only logical that whites would have an advantage in a society that's 90+% white. Just like it's only logical that being Chinese is advantageous when living in China.

Do these things even work? Even if someone is benefitting from their white privilege.....why would they do a damn thing to change that and not milk it for all it's worth?

If you want change in this regard bootlick the goverment and make them inact it. That or riot I guess.

Singling out one race and accusing people of being oppressors just for being that race is blatantly fucking racist. You'd be losing your shit if something like this was aimed at any other race, and you damn well know it.

Having done it, I'd say it's just like any other HR thing, like team building exercises or staff retreats. Are those things proven by science to increase productivity or morale? I'd be kind of surprised

This is getting fucking stupid. You dont end racism by being racist to white people.

All this tongue-in-cheek anti white bullshit has been going on for too long and Disney was one of the first companies to jump on this bandwagon. Eventually, theyre just going to alienate the viewers. I havent watched anything by them in years (the real Star Wars movies dont count).
