It's an obvious and observable phenomenon, ignoring it simply means nothing ever changes. Being Chinese is advantageous in China. Being Arab is advantageous in Saudi Arabia. Being black is advantageous in Africa. Being Hispanic is advantageous in South America. So why should we feel bad for being white in a country in which whites are the vast majority? It's only logical that whites would have an advantage in a society that's 90+% white.
