How do you respond to the fact that multiple studies have been performed on this type of training and nearly all of them, if not all of them, have come to the conclusion that they don't work? Having done it, I'd say it's just like any other HR thing, like team building exercises or staff retreats. Are those things proven by science to increase productivity or morale?
