Not sure what youre saying with whatever that means? Like...male means one thing, that the persons sex is male. A female stating theyre a man (gender) is not the same as clearly defined female as a sex. Obviously the rules in this case are related to sex. If a really big breasted man posted pics and dressed like a woman, pretty sure they still wouldnt get modded for topless pics.

Again, I dont make the rules, but thats how it be. Im all for breasts hanging loose regardless of whose they are. Nudity phobia is dumb.

I'm more calling into question what the mods would consider the definition for "sex" to be since it's more bimodal than binary, but we both agree at the end of the day that having this irrational fear for nudity does no good. I know it comes down to the owners of the website and being able to advertise, still doesn't land ethically.

I think it will be a mix of both. If I sit down and think "who played Vanya in umbrella academy" I will probably remember to say Elliot Page. If I'm reading the titles at the intro of an old movie and it says "Starring Ellen Page" i will probably go "Oh Ellen Page" is in this without thinking about it.

Likely also depends what Elliot himself thinks. In cases like this plenty of things will still have his old name on it, so in cases of already written/produced things not much you can do but going forwards seems pretty easy to use their new name.

This. If you're talking about your average every day trans person there's really no reason to use their old name. But someone with a public life whose old name is on a lot of stuff makes it a slightly more complex question.
