I used to hate change, but now I just try to avoid labeling it as good or bad, I just take it for what it is, it definitely made life less stressful

Change is inherently neither good nor bad. However, when an initial change looks to be either good or bad, the downstream effects may be the opposite and the more complex a system is, the greater the chance of unintended side-effects (which generally tend to be bad). Major changes should be approached carefully (unless the circumstances are dire), while minor changes often rarely warrant consideration. And the accumulation of minor changes where little consideration is placed can often result in wider structural changes over time (which can often be negative, but don't necessarily have to be).
