First off, the controls were solid - if the joycons can't do it then fair enough, change it.... Secondly, and more importantly - it's possible they'll tone down Fi a bit... I don't mind paying full price since I'm getting a full game... I personally never had a problem with teh controls, so I'm fine using motion controls. Though, I know many had a problem with them. So, it's good they made an alternative set of controls for them. The Fi dialogue could apparently be bad. It wasn't as bad for me because of something I did (at least with the items), which I can easily do with switch. But I do understand the problem for most of the story with her.
