1) how many nuggets is that? Like 4? Not filling

2) do you eat nuggets without sauce? If so then yeah 400 calories. If you eat with sauce it's going to increase the calorie amount

As an American, I'll say he's not wrong. Between the low cost and advertising literally everywhere it's pretty obvious fast food is a huge contributing factor in our obesity rate. I also say that as a guy who spent $16 on a single Taco Bell trip last Wed lol

One of my dads friends saved up a ton of money eating that way which he used as a down payment on a house and eventually started a real estate business. Guy had nothing, but he had the drive to save money by eating $1 cheeseburgers daily if it meant making something of himself
