This is also the last time the coup could have any pretense of being a peaceful protest. People talk about the war coming on inauguration day, but who would come? It's JUST the coup people, whatever's left of them. Absolutely no peaceful Trumper is going to risk it. They cashed in their social capital and there's none left.

Every single one of them is responsible for second degree manslaughter.

And frankly they'd already lost the right to call it peaceful before today.

Also there are several members of DC Police that also need to be arrested for sedition but we know that isn't happening.

If they've broken laws, then they can be prosecuted for those things, but I don't see inciting riot and treason as one of those things... Unless your name is Donald of course.

The Senate didn't bother doing additional debate, just skipped straight to a vote on PA. I think Trump has cratered his 2024 chances today. If he wants to be spiteful he can probably run third party and take down the GOP with him.

My team has the TV on showing the riots during break.
