I would put that image into bing and try to find a higher resolution photo if that's not the biggest one you can find online.

It's just a matter of stretching the image but the lower resolution image you have, the worse it's going to look stretched.

there's something like topaz gigapixel which is some software that uses AI to upscale things. i've only used the video version myself for older videos and it seems to work ok. pricey though, but i totally and definitely did purchase the license to use it legally
