no he doesn't, he's ignoring all the other german laws that also protect and regulate free speech and freedom of press by quoting an article of law that in practice isn't in fact being "abused". I don't think he knows anything about how democracy works in most countries, how laws work or how courts apply them.

But he sure doesn't mind letting nazis and white supremacist run amok in his own country by pretending it's the only way to protect him from having a tyrannical government come in his house and steal his freedoms

Literally none of those western countries voted in favour of this resolution though. Not even Germany, which this topic seems to be revolving around.

They abstained from voting. Not sure what that means in the grand scheme of the resolution. I know most of it is just posturing for political beliefs. Twitter is notoriously good at boiling away context, so I wonder what all encompassing this resolution actually was.

Thats misleading at best, manipulative at worst.

Nobody is pro Nazi here, near as I can tell. This is about not wanting to give governments more power than they already have, and especially not to suppress speech. Sometimes liberals open their mouths, and sometimes conservatives do. If youre pro free speech, it really wouldnt matter which party is talking.

I believe that the Constitution of the US is a fairly good set of laws for a free society, but that it can need adaptation. However that adaptation needs to be done carefully so as to maintain freedom for the citizens.

Note that the constitution did jack and shit for the freedom of the citizens until adaptation happened.
