Phil said he had gotten 260 chargebacks, which I am going to massively press 'X' to doubt.

If someone gets a bunch of chargebacks, Paypal will at least investigate WHY someone is getting so many chargebacks.

But 260? And not even a quick look why Phil is getting that many chargebacks? Bullshit.

According to Paypal's own ToS:

"Seller performance indicating your PayPal account is high risk. Examples include: indications of poor selling performance because youve received an unusually high number of claims and chargebacks, selling an entirely new or high-cost product type, or if your typical sales volume increases rapidly."

Lets make something clear, I don't doubt chargebacks may happen, and IF stolen credit cards are used, that is not on Phil and I don't think Paypal would or should punish anyone, other than the person using said stolen credit card. But there is no fucking way he got 260 chargebacks without Paypal at least temporarily freezing his account pending an investigation.

Phil was fighting a 30 dollar chargeback, this happened on stream while he was sitting at a 21 dollar tip total.

So Phil does contest chargebacks. He also claimed it was from a stolen credit card and banned people saying otherwise.

How the fuck can he know it is a stolen credit card? And lets just assume for a second it is a stolen credit card, just for the sake of argument.

If it IS a stolen credit card, then the donation, no matter how little or how much, isn't yours to begin with. You know, on the account of it being stolen? But this fucker is so goddamn greedy that he will fight to keep money that was stolen from someone else, to keep it.

This traps Phil in a double shittake: he is either lying about chargebacks, or he is trying to keep stolen money because he is so goddamn greedy.

Either way, he looks bad and once again is his own greatest detractor.

Yeah that was great. He went to great lengths to defend that 4th place saying everyone could gave "learned" the port (which nearly caused me to spit out my drink, he is defending an "unofficial" version of the game while constantly bitching on his stream that it is 15% faster than the original version, thus illigitimate. King of hypocrisy), while other highranked players boycotted that version of the game and some even tried to gatekeep.

And after that, Phil proudly paraded his 4th place, and said he was the number 1 US player in SF2 that year (again, because other US players boycotted) and only got mocked for it. But Phil's ego is both fragile and out of control.

Then he really got delusional (at least, it fel like) that he was then traveling all across the country to enter tournaments and often times removed from pools, because he would qualify so much, and the organizers of tournaments wanted others to have a chance too.

But at the same time everyone wanted to play against Phil, because he was one of the best players in the country. Yes, you read thst right: everyone wanted to play against Phil, but he got removed from qualifiers.

The whole rant was amazing, Phil was rewriting history and ignoring established facts.

He regularly loses to online scrubs, because he never practices. He hops online and hopes fundamentals from a broken game 16 years ago will carry him. That's why he's trash at dbfz, mk11, injustice, street fighter, smash etc.

On a related note, Phil is struggling with the puzzles in Fenyx: Immortals Rising.

As someone who completed the game a week ago: of course Phil is struggling. Overall the puzzels are very easy. The solution is usually obvious, and everything you need to complete puzzles is always within reach. Hell, by unlocking certain skills, a lot of puzzles become even easier, trivial almost.

Sure, one or two puzzles might require you think a little harder or use a little trial and error, but not once did I get stuck because it was too hard to solve.

Generally, one of the biggest complains from a lot of people about this game were the puzzles, that they were too easy on average. But leave it to Phil to struggle with them and complain about it.

Now I loved the game. But watching Phil play the game makes it look both boring and bad. No fucking wonder no one is giving Phil review copies.

He applied for the refund, even though the PS5 version is perfectly playable and he never once ran into a gamebreaking bug.

He signed up, but made it a point to keep playing the game till he got locked out of it. Now he is actually locked out of the game, but being the massively greedy asshole that he is, he expects his money right now.

He got his money's worth given that he finished the game, but you can bet your ass Phil will not pass up an oppertunity to play the high profile AAA games for free.

But now he will shit all over Sony for them taking too long, how it will hurt his business, etc. Oh and he will undoubtly use it to get sympathy tips.

Phil says he is the most honest guy all the time, not his fans, but claims otherwise here. While I could post a huge extensive list, just one recent example is enough to prove him wrong, and that is Cyberpunk2077. He asked for a refund because he disliked it, not because he ran into gamebreaking bugs (which is what the refunds are intended for). He keeps playing the game AFTER having applied for a refund and complains that the money isn't back on his account instantaniously.

Tell me, which part about that is something an honest person would do?

If one person likes what Phil does it immediatly becomes "a lot of people", or if someone calls Phil something positive it becomes "I am the most xxx of the internet".

And I do agree with you there. You don't bestow or use titles on yourself. This is why Phil is "the guy". Thst is his legacy. He fights it, he denies it, bit the reasons most people know is not bevause he is honest, a fun streamer, a great personality or whatever. He is the guy that masturbated on stream. The guy who threatened physical violence on an 11 year old. The guy lied about having a cat for 9 months only to get people to give him 2.000 dollars so they could find out he lied about it.

He is the guy who sucks at any and all video games he plays. The guy who shits on any developer. The guy no one wantd to collab with, or wants as an influencer for their product. He is known for his massive toxicity.

He is a lot of things. But something positive is not one of them.

Yeah, there is really nothing positive to come from Phil, for the most part. He might say something once in a blue moon that I agree with, but he will say something the day after that makes me retract any "good will" I put on him. He is extremely toxic, complains about every game he plays as if it's the developers' fault (even though he sucks at the game), and nothing but a huge beggar. Not once in my time on JustinTV/Twitch have I ever seen someone literally beg for money outside of charity streams, and I have been watching people stream since 2008.

Holy fucking shit. That presteam was something else. Phil is still pissed off that the "incident" made him the laughing stock of the internet. He actually tried to retcon it. "I was just making funny faces" and he didn't do in infront of "thousands" of people. I think it's hilarious that as always, he tries to debunk it with semantics. Like as if the number of people who were watching it being wrong, somehow made it NOT happen.

He is really pissed off about the incident and truly believes he is the only lolcow on the internet. Said that people should stop focussing just on him, because he matured, while also calling everyone a brainless moron.

And yes, he thinks he is better than Robert Downey Jr. because being a druggie moviestar, is a bigger screw up than masturbating live. His tweets are going to be his Iron Man. It's also both hilarious and disgusting (and shows his lack of self awareness once again....). He wants people to forget his incident which happens 5 years ago, but shouldn't forget about RDJ's even though that was 21 years ago. This is why no one likes you Phil.

He honestly wants a redemption arc. Here's a hint, you can only redeem yourself if you admit to wrong doings. He once again referrenced ProJared and he redeemed himself. He holds on to petty grievances so hard.

He says all of this makes him depressed and he even concidered suicide 12 years ago.

I am going to tread carefully here, but Phil is making very generalised claims about depression. Basically anything you can look up with a single Google search. I get that he might be down, but I doubt he is actually depressed. Because being actually depressed, sucks all the energy right out of you, makes you want to withdraw from the world and not do anything.

Phil has no perspective, nothing to use as a refference point. He is not "grounded" so to speak. Like I said, I absolutely believe he can feel down and wishes for things to change (happens to a lot of people), but I am pressing X to doubt on him being depressed. (I am using my self as a comparison here why I am doubting so hard).

His CoD stream is massively salt filled. He keeps on bitching how the game is "unrealistic", which has me laughing out loud. Nothing about CoD is realistic, never has been. The killcam is always wrong, so he doesn't bother with it, hates the devs, etc. All the classics. So Phil wants a redemption run, but continues to be a toxic asshole.

Someone in chat got banned for calling it "open wallet" rather than "whale". Phil also claimed OnlyIceCoffee has been gone for a while now. Like we can't see that WestSydePhil is OIC. But we should stop talking about him.

He also ranted about 20 minutes over a tweet from some "nobody". It's amazing how people can get under his skin like that. In the end Phil said he wants people to take him more seriously on Twitter.

All in all, Phil wants things to change, but he doesn't want to do anything about it, and he is as fucking delusional as he always has been, while being a toxic piece of shit.

I'm in the same boat, I've been visiting a psychologist and tomorrow I am seeing a psychiatrist to get started on medication.

I am treading very carefully here, because there is a thin line.

Being bordeine lazy and stuck in a rut aren't the same thing as being depressed. While being stuck with a job you don't like/hate can be depressing, but it is not a depression. This is why I said that I fully believe Phil being down, but not depressed.

I am just being sketical, because, well.... it's Phil. I always take what he does with a grain of salt.
