His paypiggies aren't donating to help him but, to reward him. I've talked to a few of his bigger whales and they just plain dont care. it's his money to do with what he wants. Agreed, I really doubt that his fans might abandon Phil over this. I mean look at the past. Phil has had several fundraisers for his taxes. Later it would turn out that he literally spend none of the money he made on taxes (as proven by his bankruptcy), only to learn he used the money to fly Kat out and eventually move.her across the country to him.

Had people give him 2.000 dollars to reveal he not only lied about having a cat, but having it 9 months already.

Lied about not being able to get married, only to go away for a few days and come back as a wed man.

This is also a man, that despite getting generous amounts of money, still managed to have 140.000 dollars of debt on credit cards.

Got 4.000 dollars from his mother to help with his taxes, only to spend it on who knows who (again, thanks to the bankruptcy we know he didn't pay his taxes in at least two years).

Fucked over his best (possible only) friends with the P7 thing, by barely giving them any, if at all, money.

He is an absolite greed monster by lying what he needs his money for, what he actually uses it on and has next to no impulse control. None of this is new information, and if people were going to "break" with Phil and stop giving him money over all the lies he has told and how horribly he treats his fans, they would have done so years ago. Having concrete evidence about the WWE thing is not now going to change their mind.

Let me paint a picture here: You are a person that is so toxic, so much negativety surrounds you, that a company doesn't want to do business with you. Not only do you bear a grudge against them for YOUR behaviour, YOUR brand of gaming. You are actaully happy they go under, people losing their jobs and income during a global pandemic. And then honestly wonder why people have such a low image of you.

If anyone ever wonders if Phil is deserving of the flak he gets, the amount of trolls that shit on him and if he is not more deserving of our sympathy: look no further than this tweet. Phil created an environment for himself that most people/companies wouldn't even touch with a 10ft pole, yet does nothing to improve his image. All he does is then shit all over people who in his eyes "wronged" him. He is actually happy to see them go out of business. Fuck the people who never actaully interacted with him (basically everyone outside of the PR department), good they lost their jobs, now have to worry taking care about their families and themselves, fuck all the people who are worse off because of the company closing down. Phil at least got his revenge.

The ear infections are back. And the timing is "convienent". I don't know if it is true or not, but apparantly there is a courtdate of 14 December for the foreclosure. The fact that his ear infections are back just like that seems suspect to say the least. If he actually cancels his stream tomorrow it will pretty much confirm it. Phil was never good a lying to cover stuff like this up. Same with the whole WWE thing.

If Phil said "sorry guys, I don't feel like streaming today", people would be "meh okay". But the fact that Phil tries to at like his schedule is iron clad an cannot be broken, and comes up with the weirdest things in order to get ouf of his own schedule. I mean who fucking cares if you don't feel like it, but because he makes such a point out of it, people will become suspicious and look for reasons behind it.

The biggest cause of this, is that Phil spends the money the second it hits his Paypal account.

Imagine being in the store with someone, they tell you they will give you 50 dollars. You browse the store, fill your cart and when you check out, paying with your own money, that person says they won't give you the 50 dollars anymore.

That is basicslly what is happening, people NOT giving Phil money. But because Phil has no self control, this situation can happen to begin with.

Secondly, this doesn't prove chargebacks. It only proves he is in the red and JUST on his Paypal account. And today is also his Twitch payday. It's not uncommon for people to be a little in the red at the last day of their month/paycheck.

I believe chargabacks happen, I don't believe they are as bad as Phil had us believe and this doesn't prove anything. At best this proves that Phil spends money that he shouldn't spend.

He keeps comparing it to having a job and being told thst after a day's work you have to pay instead of getting paid.

Thing is, in this analogy, Twitch is his employer, and he is getting that money. This is just extra money he didn't get. And it is also an excelent diversion. This makes it look like tips are his only source of income, while he is getting his money from Twitch today, including over 1.000 subs.

It's actually really disgusting what he is doing, by doing this, he is once again trying to obfuscate his income, with a half truth at best. Ues he is in the red, but it doesn't show WHY he is in the red.

It's not even stress, it's literally his adiction. He choses, even though knowing better, to spend money he doesn't have. Yes chargebacks happen, yes it sucks when they do. But lets not forget, for even a single moment, that this is a guy who declared bankruptcy (and claimed it as a win) including a 140.000 dollar debt in credit cards alone.

He makes well over 100.000 dollars per year, and still managed to be over 500.000 dollars in the shitter. If he had ANY self control, any impulse control, this would not happen.

But this is pretty much his M.O. divert attention, throw a few scraps and assume it's enough. The thing is, he is doing this for the detractors, because it's been proven time and again that his fans will give him money, regardless of the lies he feeds them.

But Phil also cannot help himself and not NOT engage with his detractors. And when he does, he does it in the worst way possible and ends up backfiring.

Phil honestly believes he has shown the detractors irrefutable truth that he is getting charebacks, when all we got is just a random account being in the red.

Yeah, that says nothing at all about there being chargebacks (which I do believe there probably are, considering the toxic nature he brings to himself). There is no timestamp on there, so that picture could have been taken anytime, like for evidence during his whole bankruptcy saga (as an example).

So many things aren't just adding up, and I don't mean just the out of context screenshot, but I do want to adress that first:

-There is no date/timestamp, we have NO idea when it was taken. Hell, it could be from the Bankruptcy saga for all we know.
-No recent activity, and this is the big one. This means we can't see WHY he is in the red. Is it because of chargebacks? Or because of frivolous spending.
-Is this his only Paypal account?
-Why is a "mature adult" not smart enough to budget and create a buffer, to prevent this from happening?

But there are far FAR more things not adding up here:

-Phil claims to know when it's involving a stolen credit card. But there are several things wrong with that claim too. If it is a stolen credit card, then the money was never his to begin with. Secondly, why doesn't he report those stolen credit cards?
-Phil's behaviour is not consistent. Last night he got a 50 dollar tip, but didn't verify it, but when he got a 1 dollar tip, he did bother to verify it.
-Apparantly, Paypal can fuck up. Yes, even with the doxxing (sorry, but it is, if you want to give Phil money, he wants your personal information), Paypal can still let fake donations slip through the cracks. Not his fault (literally said that).
-On an extended note, he is now badgering people on stream to verify it was them, but still that isn't enough.
-Even though the chargebacks are really prominent now, he won't disable tips. You see, he could switch to bits exclusively coupled with subs. This way, there is literally 0 risk of chargebacks happening, because then Twitch will cover it if it does involve a stolen credit card.
-Circling back to Phil's behaviour here for a second. Earlier this year Phil went absolutely ballistic over EA Play auto renewing for 33 dollars, even going as far as saying that it was illegal. If he went ballistic over 33 dollars for a service he could use for a year (free games basically), then why is he relatively calm when chargebacks happen?

And then there are other obvious but valid questions like:

-Why doesn't he save money, create a buffer of somekind. Now that he doesn't have to pay debts anymore, and his income is unchanged, he should be better off.
-What about Kat's income? Surely she doesn't make nearly as much as Phil, but they are a married couple and have to face hardships together. Her income alone should be enough to be that buffer, since Phil survived on his own just fine after Leanna left.
-Phil posted the screenshot the DAY of his Twitch Payment. Even if he actually was in the red (which happens to more people than I care to count), who fucking cares? Your paycheck is here. Being >50 in the red means shit at such a time.

But Phil is going to be Phil. Even if everything is true, Paypal fucking up, he not being able to verify every single tip, stolen credit cards. WHY DOESN'T HE ADAPT? He has been doing the EXACT same shit for nearly 13 years now. The only time he "adapted" during that time, is when he stopped recording his footage with a camera and switched to direct capture, but that was only because he had no other choice. Nothing has changed. Not Phil's behaviour, his financial insight, no planning, no buffering fucking nothing. Hell, it's evident that his quality has only gone down over the past decade. Still can't be bothered to set up his green screen which is collecting dust in the garage. No upgrading the quality of his stream or anthing.

Imagine being a brand new streamer and trying to gather an audience, if you would act like Phil, you'd be done before the day is over.

As horrible as Phil is, his fans are worse. They have all the power over them, they could hit him where it hurts: his wallet. They could demand Phil to improve his quality, effort hell even which games he plays. All they have to do is withhold money until their demands are met. I bet you if they stopped giving Phil money tomorrow, he'd overhaul his entire stream before the next sunrise. That is how it should be. But instead, Phil somehow has power over his fans. If he demands money, he'll get it. He is never actually looking for constructive criticism, only for people to kiss his ass. He constantly insults and berates his viewerbase. He has no respect for them given the constant buring, snorting, throat clearing and treating them less than he is.

Phil is by far the biggest paradox I have ever seen on the internet, and given that I have some morbid curiosities, I am trying to fit puzzle pieces together. But here they just won't fit.

There's definitely a lot of inconsistencies with his financial situation, especially for someone with a "business degree." He is either withholding a lot of money, which we probably know isn't happening because of all the records from his bankruptcy, or he is one of the worse persons with money we've ever seen. Let's say he needs $1,500 a month for pay for his shelter every month, which the Twitch subs alone is more than enough. His current sub count is 965, which is equal to around $2,400 (I'm pretty sure there was a huge amount of sub gifts recently, so that's not an accurate count overall). That means he has $900 left over from just the sub count alone to do with what he wishes.

Of course, there are other bills, like electricity, gas, and food, so giving the benefit of the doubt here, I will say that's probably $700-800 a month. Now, once you add in things like his tips and bits, then you are looking at a lot more money in the pocket. Even if he gets half of the tips goal per stream, that's $600 a week, or another $2,400 a month. So, right now, he might be clearing as much as $2,500 a month, without factoring in any ad revenue from Youtube (which probably isn't much). We really don't know much (I'm assuming) of Kat's financials, so it's unclear if she has any bills, but I guess she could probably manage those on her own.
