While I could post a huge extensive list, just one recent example is enough to prove him wrong, and that is Cyberpunk2077. He asked for a refund because he disliked it, not because he ran into gamebreaking bugs (which is what the refunds are intended for). He keeps playing the game AFTER having applied for a refund and complains that the money isn't back on his account instantaniously. Tell me, which part about that is something an honest person would do?
