I'm probably going to wait till 1/20 if I think there is going to be any sort of shenaniganary I am more referring to them sufficiently muddying the waters that the vote has to go forth with congress instead. And, for Trump at least, the danger of him just trying to somehow find a way to force his stay even if he loses. But let's be real. The real thing he will do if he loses is start planning to move himself (and maybe some "friends"?) offshore along with assets to some harbor nation without an extradition treaty. This sort of thing actually happens more frequently than many might like.
