The Tories are pro-starving children, by the way.

If you feed the children, you will just attract more of them.

The children should be pro-starving Tories, just to make things even.

The gist of it is that there was a scheme to feed school children living in poverty when schools were closed, people have been campaigning (including the opposition party) to keep that going during the school breaks this year. The reason being that with the pandemic lots of families are seeing a major reduction in income and the welfare system is seriously shit and unreliable.

Scotland and Wales devolved governments are going ahead with providing meals. The Conservative Party overwhelmingly voted against it so it won't be happening in England and Northern Ireland.

Cue multiple tory MPs posting bullshit excuses for why they voted against it. My arseholes of a local representative made a lengthy social media post where he tried to put some of the blame on Marxists.

Because the Tories are scum incarnate and actively want to kill the poor. Thankfully, afaik, many local councils are going ahead with it anyway. I'd like to say this would hamper the Tories, but the same people who are going to suffer from this will still vote for them.

Every day they sink to new lows and find new ways to try and kill anyone isn't part of their rich cabal
