No, no I am not and I'm a guy. I believe in equal rights and not putting any sex or gender on a pedestal. Unfortunately a lot of feminists have the "hate men" attitude so I wouldn't label myself as one.

How is anyone not. It literally just means you think people are people independant of gender and that all genders are equal etc. I actually am slightly pro female, as in, I think women in general are better than men, mainly because they don't deal with testosterone as much (and don't usually rape other people etc....usually).

The entire concept that women are inferior is disgusting and sad, and the way men have treated women throughout time...and even now in many places, is horrible. I am fine over all with my gender, but not fine with the behavior of many of my gender, even today.

I mean, technically yes but I don't associate with the feminist movement. Any leaderless - open movement is going to have lots of loud insane people ruining it for everyone and feminism is probably the best example.

Hell NO! Our complete joke of a PM here in Canada claims to be one.. and I would rather die than be anything like that pile of dog shit. Like Dad said above, in my experience most woman that claim to be feminist are men haters and act like total nutjobs. The "men" that claim to be feminist are usually cucks or sissy boys. Feminist "men" are good at vacuuming the house or doing the dishes, but when it comes to changing a battery in a car or fixing a door lock they call the guy.. No thank you.. I see everyone as equal!

You end your post saying you see everyone as equal, but doesn't the rest of your post exemplify how you see "feminist men" as lesser than other men?

Equal as in Gender and Race, sorry I wasn't more clear on that.

I don't actually know any women in the real world who self-identify as feminists. Most of them feel like the term has been co-opted by insane radicals.

They're happily agree with the idea that they believe in "equality for women", but would argue against the idea of being a feminist.

Interesting. The vast majority of women I've met DO label themselves as feminist. I wonder if the discrepancy in our results is because of location, peer group age, and/or other factors.

I've lived in various places. All over California, NYC, Sierra Leone, and in a year I'll be moving to Japan. Likewise, in a lot of the programs I've done, I've met women from all over the world. Currently I live in Las Vegas though.

Almost certainly age. Because most younger people - especially online - don't seem to see much of a problem with being radical.

It's similar to someone who supports social justice causes in general but doesn't want to be lumped in with SJWs, doesn't like using terms like "toxic" or "problematic" because they feel those terms have been overused by crazy people, etc. You can agree with the general stated goals of an ideology while still feeling like the most vocal advocates of that ideology are incredibly ignorant or batshit insane.

No, because third/fourth-wave feminism is fucking insane and is against equality of the sexes. If feminists wanted to make the sexes more equal, they would chip away at the special protections afforded to women instead of trying to expand them.
