Is this trailer trash racist?

They blasted it as racist after causing the stir as Mike didn't offer his surname to the media but claims he's exercising his right to free speech and says IT'S THE TRUTH. He said "That is a question, not a statement.It doesn't have a question mark at the end because i don't have one to put there." He claims it wasn't intended to be perceived as racist and offered his "apologies" for those who took it that way because he's "not racist" cause he has "black customers" he serves and said "If you want to call it racist, you have that right, but i also have a right to put out on my sign,in my yard, what i want. I'm not a racist person, i have black customers and black people deliver tires to me. I have nothing against them. If i was racist, would i turn away black customers?" He continues "If you read it right, you would understand. I have worked all my life, i've paid for it and there's a lot of people around here that have done the same. I put that signup there, i'll be taking it down next week and then i put something up for veterans i hope you react the same. I'll be honest with you, a lot of people calling for black lives matter are anti-white and i can tell you right now, without us, we wouldn't be paying for their welfare to protest" He said people need to "grow up a little bit" as he proclaims white lives for the "tax paying people" who fund people to "stay alive" because they refuse to work.
