No, he's telling them there won't be any stimulus unless he wins. Why would you expect a better stimulus package to pass under Biden after seeing how well not doing that worked for the GOP during Obama's presidency?

Democrats look to take back the Senate, so... good luck stopping it, I guess? Especially when you have the GOP holding these things hostage and instead focusing on a SCOTUS seat which many people feel they should have a say on.

Mr. Rosenstein instructed that, per the A.G.s policy, we should NOT be categorically declining immigration prosecutions of adults in family units because of the age of a child.

The Justice Departments top officials were a driving force behind the policy that spurred the separation of thousands of families, many of them fleeing violence in Central America and seeking asylum in the United States, before Mr. Trump abandoned it amid global outrage, according to a draft report of the results of the investigation by Michael E. Horowitz, the departments inspector general.

Senior Justice Department officials viewed the welfare of the children as the responsibility of other agencies and their duty as tracking the parents. I just dont see that as a D.O.J. equity, Mr. Rosenstein told the inspector general.

The failure to inform the U.S. Marshals Service before announcing the zero-tolerance policy led to serious overcrowding and budget overruns. The marshals were forced to cut back on serving warrants in other cases, saying that when you take away manpower, you cant make a safe arrest.

It's not even Trump. The GOP does not want this stimulus bill. They don't WANT to spend this money. So knowing that the GOP won't let it happen, they push the blame onto Trump, who is more than happy to project the strongman image of being in charge of everything.
