Seeing it struggle for its life. Whats the most humane way to get rid of it or kill it?

Yeah...my mother in law came to pick up my kid so I could work, told her about the mouse and she just put it in a bag and took it away. Probably calling me a pansy on the way back and now is gonna teach my kid to hunt and kill mouses no mercy.

Being "humane" with pests is pointless.

Glue traps are the most effective way to deal with them. My neighbor a few years ago had an infestation, so we got lucky and had a bunch come to our house (35 in total throughout it all).

Used snap traps with peanut butter, catch traps with pellets, and plastic snap traps. Caught maybe 3-4 mice with those means. First night we put a glue trap out, we caught 6 of the fuckers. If you have only 1 or 2 to deal with, maybe a snap trap is fine, but remember, mice breed like crazy and if you don't deal with them all quickly, you'll end up with more afterwards.

These things destroy your property, shit/piss everywhere, carry diseases, and can harm your pets. Glue traps are the best and most effective way to deal with them.

The people who will shit on you for using glue traps have either never had to deal with any significant amount of them.

My advice is to get more glue traps, put them out for a few days to see if there are any more mice, and when killing them, put a wet paper towel on them and stomp em.

Lol, let me drop 40 mice in your house and see how you like it. The advice I gave is sound, and while a little harsh is what you should do with mice. Unless of course you like your propert destroyed and want to have some expensive fixes in the future.

Any person who works in pest control will tell you practically the same things I said, so you can take your moral highground and have fun with an infestation costing thousands of dollars.

Yeah, anytime I see discussion about glue traps, I can tell who the people are that have never actually had to deal with a mouse problem.

It's hard to tell when folks are trolling because there are a good handful of people who think like him.

for about a month i got stuck watching some guy try out different mouse traps on his youtube channel. The most effective ones were (1)a bucket (full of water if you want it lethal) with a slippery roller/walk the plank set up in it, and (2) just a large bowl full of peanut oil with a ramp leading into it

I know there is some electrical traps that will give them a quick jolt to kill them instantly, I think that's the route I'd go if I had to setup a trap.

If its already on the glue trap just take a heavy shoe or a boot and swing it at him.

Should die in a single stroke.

We had a mouse problem for awhile but I hated glue traps because of the suffering. I remember hearing one mouse scream all night because my aunt used a glue trap. It was...horrific.

I can tell who is a soul less monster here thinking glue traps are not cruel, and yes trapped mice will try to bite off limbs to escape, scream all night, and if your really lucky it will be more then one and they all scream after leaving a bloody mess.

I hope you are someones alt, because you are one sick and disgusting person if you cant understand people do not like being cruel to animals. Mice and rats are pests but you dont have to be cruel to get rid of them.
