An unnamed Trump Supporter and now nicknamed SCREAMING KAREN was filmed attacking a group of Native Americans opposed to the Mexican Border Wall construction and then MOCKS them when they REFUSE to fight back!!

The whacko heifer was seen pushing them and shoving them at Southern California Native Americans who were part of a group called Defend Kumeyaay Land and gathered there to protest it

She shouts at them and shoves them and says "Get the f*** out of here" and that they were disturbing the job of constructing the wall.

Then says this is THEIR land and NOT theirs as they won it fair and square

She then mocks them for refusing to fight back even as she rips their masks off and tears down their tent

When they said she was being recorded, she said "I don't give a f***" and then lunges at them as the peaceful protesters respond with non violent manner and tried to restrain her.

When they began praying, she then mocks them by hopping around and mimicking their dance rituals

They were protesting against the construction on behalf of the land and indigenous soveriegnty but the woman said she didn't give a f*** about their people and their rights and the it is now owned by AMERICANS

Kinda how warfare and international diplomacy works, although it's the government that has it. Technically the American people individually own nothing and all the land grants are equally meaningless since the US government controls everything, the same as it is in any other country. The idea of home ownership is farcical because anybody who has political pull can use the government to eminent domain your property and hand it over to any other private party. Connecticut did that to a ton of homeowners and handed their land over to a commercial developer who never developed anything. It's just one more reason why governments suck.

If they press charges, I imagine she'll end up in court and, if this is just her first offense, probably get either a fine, a suspended sentence, or parole. Most people don't bother to press assault charges on shoving because it's not worth the bother (and some cops will literally try to talk you out of it because it's a burden on the system, so they'll let them off with a warning and then threaten an arrest if they come back). Technically any unwanted touching (or throwing a drink on a person) can net an assault charge if somebody presses charges. Most people aren't going to bother with the process, though. When I was in college while working retail nights & weekends, some fucking lunatic called the cops on a co-worker and claimed that my co-worker threatened he'd shoot him with a gun in his car. The cops came, inspected my co-worker's car, and my co-worker declined pressing charges. I asked him why the fuck he'd do that and he explained he'd either have to take a day off work or use some of his day off to go to court, adding that the guy probably wouldn't be punished severely and it wouldn't make up for anything.

I don't remember the Laramie treaty but I do remember what happened at Wounded Knee, the Trail of Tears, and Sand Creek Massacre (whose Native Americans weren't doing anything wrong but were massacred just the same). We even had a treaty to leave the Black Hills to the Native Americans until people discovered gold there. While there have been a couple of times when those agreements were honored, most of the time those agreements were totally trashed as soon as someone discovered that they could get rich from violating them and get the government to protect them.

Mathematically speaking if enough people voted for Trump for him to become president, then many of the people you interact with on a day to day basis probably voted Trump and you arent even aware.

This is going to be true for pretty much every election (minus the Trump part, obviously), given that vote margins rarely break 10% (55/45 split) and almost never break 20% (60/40 split). You're rarely going to find such a crowd occurring in the wild (for lack of a better term), given how regional voting trends are, but if you randomly select 10 Americans, odds are 4-6 of them will have voted for whichever presidential candidate you're considering.
