KamikazePotato 09/22/20 9:45:30 PM #6:	Hayter Kramer McLain Plana So here's the thing abut Hayter - I actually think his Solid Snake performances are much better than his Naked Snake/Big Boss ones. He sounds much more natural in MGS1 and MGS2, and in MGS4 his super gravelly voice fits the Old Snake plot. In MGS3/Peace Walker he can come off more as someone doing a David Hayter impression. He is asked to hit an absolutely impossible tone to reliably capture for hours on end and he somehow nails it from the word go. His performance honestly helps carry the game on his back. Bristow's performance is what made me interested in voice acting in the first place as a kid. Hes good in MGS, solid in 2 and Twin Snakes, and mediocre to terrible elsewhere, in fact he gets worse with each appearance (its super obvious in Twin Snakes where everybody else sounds much better and he sounds worse). I would even go as far as to say that on balance, his performances were pretty bad. Also its a shame to see Viva Seifert in such a matchup in round 1. Go play Her Story, she carries the entire game.
