Unfortunately pretty girls have very high standards. They don't settle. As a result most guys don't get the girls they actually want because they're either not good looking enough themselves or they're not rich. The average guy (as well as the average CEman) definitely do not get girls like the first pics. It's damn near impossible. Girls like those only want the best looking men.
