I'm not a huge fan of canned meat, though it's not inherently lethal or anything (canned ham and Spam is a thing).

Probably wouldn't eat any of those by choice, but if I was trapped in a 1950s-style fallout shelter and that's the only food there was, I'd probably eat any of them once I got hungry enough.

Completely misread the poster. So it's like paste instead of just canned versions. Or paste with meat? Whatever I chose beef since I eat canned beef sometimes. Weiners make me feel sick without frying them. Pork is a non starter.

It's chunks of meat (or wieners), with a separate pouch containing barbecue sauce.

Canned meat is disgusting. Tastes pretty much 100% like can and nothing like actual meat. Fruits and vegetables are not great canned either, but I won't completely turn them down like I would canned meat. About the only thing that I don't mind canned is pie filling, but that is probably because there is so much sugar and spices in it that it completely covers up that can taste.
