That is why everyone bought seperate modems when using comcast, because you can buy one for $60 and it pays for itself in 6 months. Comcasts customer service is available 24/7 while their competitors offer support only during business hours. Comcast has lots of little perks and things that come with their service too. With their internet I get access to the hotspots. With their TV service I get a cool app that lets me watch TV on the go. So while everyone else in the waiting area at the doctors is watching their crappy waiting room TV shows, Im sitting there watching whatever I want or something I recorded on my DVR. Some of you guys dont know what youre talking about Comcast and Spectrum are king. Disliking it for whatever reason is fine but try to spare me of hyperbole such as: Zeus posted... Pretty much.
